Worst dinner ever. We arrived early to get some food and a bottle of wine before our function in the national theater and we waited about 45 minutes just for the water. Nice atmosphere for a date night. The potato and leek soup was delicious. I had the vegetarian burger which was good, fries were so-so. My spouse had the Robalí fish, he liked the fish but not the squid as much. The wine and mojito cocktails were delicious as was the brownie we had for dessert. The lighting made me feel warm and comforted as I sipped a neat glass of ron. The servers were exceptionally attentive, seated me and took my drink order immediately. Another person immediately brought me a ceviche sample. I immediately slurped it down and ordered a proper portion. Casa Blanca was amazing, we came in without a reservation on a Thursday night, A band was playing inside but it was not loud, outdoor seating was also available. The food was amazing, appetizer was so good, the fries that came with my burger were so crispy and moist on the inside, they melted in my mouth. The waitress was extremely helpful and when my girlfriend and I switched drinks the bartender offered a free replacement, but we were happy swapping drinks. Very pleased, dinner costs between 80-150$ for two people.

If nothing else was going to bring me back to Panama — this restaurant is. I found the restaurant through Google maps because we needed a place that could accommodate a group of 10. Within 10 mins of sending the reservation, we got a confirmation and as soon as we got out the Uber, we were at our table. We were seated outside and had a lovely view of the restaurant. Our group was large so there was a bit of a wait, but they provided entertainment in between and it actually did make the time go by quickly. The magician came over to help us pass the time back and he was very engaging! It was fun for all of us. I think when places have entertainment or gimmicks, it comes off as though they’re trying to distract you from the food so you think it’s better than it is. But the food and drinks were incredible and the drinks were incredible so it was just making the experience even better. My drink (Dulce Tentación) was FANTASTIC. It was a drink and a sorbet — phenomenal. If they bottled it up and sold it in stores, I’d buy it. If they put that sorbet in a container and sold it in stores, I’d also buy it. I ate here 3 times this trip and every meal was amazing but the fried fish is the best i have eaten.
