I came with a group of 10 and we were part of the show up front bringing energy to the place. We were initially told we were not allowed to sit down unless we consume a minimum of $100. We danced and consumed a few beers. Apparently 'administration' felt that we weren't consuming enough and started telling us to move away from the stage after they told us to move there in the first place. I've brought groups to this place before and have paid up to 200-300 dollar bills and always tipped well. Though, after this under appreciation, I am not recommending the place to anybody. They had a good host on stage and good music outside of the karaoke moments. Unfortunately, administration's bad treatment has lost me as a customer.

Very few customers. No karaoke singers. Strong bright, white lights that hurt your eyes. Very bad atmosphere and ambiance. Expensive food and drinks.

This place is awesome!! Its big enough, the place is very good for groups. The karaoke has an animator and its a complete live show. Music selection of the karaoke is updated. Drinks and food are quite accesible...not cheap, but prices are fair for the location and quality.

My girlfriend went to the bathroom and someone stole her cellphone, no help from staff

Went with a group of 10, the DJ would play a Karaoke song once every 30 minutes (maybe), and even though our group and other groups wanted to sing he insisted on playing music videos and playing club music even though people kept compaining about it. Zero room-reading skills and customer-focussed staff. Annihilated the mood and my friend's b-day was cut short due to it.

Place was nice. Service good. Went there with girlfriend and had a nice time.

Very small place. Can hold maybe 15 people. Cosy. The music is what you make of it.

This place is not too big, but you can have a good time by singing your favorite songs in there. If you are lucky you can also get some gifts by some competitions made by the show host.
