The croquetas are like frittered clouds, the papas aioli are addictive crispy bits, the gazpacho (salmorejo on the menu) is all freshly chopped ingredients and fresh shrimp (it's more like a ceviche), and even a grilled chicken skewer is moist & full of flavor. Holding it all together is an excellent compote of iced sangria with diced fruit just like it's done on the Iberian peninsula. Prices are more than fair and service is prompt, friendly, casual, and responsive, making it among the best in Panamå. No downside except for pesky Panamanian flies who will like the fare as much as you do.
