This franchise is known as a place that uses wood and charcoal to cook some of their dishes. I have tried the stewed chicken, grilled salmon, fried snapper, steak and can say that they were all very good. However, the chicken fajita I will likely not order again. The environment is casual dining offering upscale food fit for a top franchise. Comfortable dining area with nice tables and chairs. This reminds me of the popular franchises back in the U.S. where people go to eat and relax after work. The location is the best asset of this branch. All the way at the end of the amador causeway islands, the view from the seating area is that of a boat dock. I went at night and found the gusts of wind to bring pleasant, cool fresh air into the dining area. As an added bonus, this place is about fifty feet from the ocean side. Simply walk for several seconds to reach the lookout point with a scenic view of the city. Free parking with large parking area.

Beautiful view of the marina, excellent service and nice live music on a Sunday evening. The food…OMG AMAZING!!! Everything was fresh, tasty and cooked to perfection.

Food was not prepared very well. The lobster in both orders was overcooked and had no taste. The paella and rosoto were very good. Service was shabby. We were left waiting on a drink order and wait staff was inattentive. The atmosphere was good.

Prawns Cocktail was amazing! Ceviche is floating in lemon juice. I prefer mine more balanced. Not their best. Paella is even better than Spain! It is good for two persons though. I couldn't finish it.

Food is always good when I come here. Long Island Ice T could use a little more training on how to make them . Overall recommend this place

We both ordered the "Lomito Tierno", which is tenderloin of beef. It was served on heated metal plates. It tasted amazing, both mine and my friends' were cooked perfectly as we asked for. The view is amazing, as is the decor. The staff were very friendly and professional. The whole corvina looks amazing too, I think we will try that next time we go

The locals told us about this place in Amador islands..Very good place and you have options for food and drinks..Good prices for the location,by the sea..We just drunk a smoothie but i saw good dishes and the prices are not expensive.

We were a party of 12 celebrating my mother's 74's birthday. The restaurant refused to sing her happy birthday because her birthday occurred yesterday instead of today. Complete bone head move from this restaurant.

Amazing salads, awesome views and great atmosphere. We came here for sunset and both ordered salads. Both salads were very good and loaded with ingredients. The views of the harbor and city are of course gorgeous and uninterrupted. They had Sade playing the whole night and it made the experience even more enjoyable and very relaxing. As the sunset the interior of the restaurant lit up with soft lighting and a warm glow. Although this place seems very upscale its very welcoming and we were in no way dressed up. Also mojitos were delicious!

Had a drink and appetizer here only. The menu was entirely too big and was all over the place. I couldn't decide what the eat. I ended up leaving and not ordering anything else because of the menu. But The appetizer (ceviche) was okay.

Food was good. Can't mess up a salad too bad unless the lettuce is old, which it was on the side salad. The shrimp ceviche and beef entrana was sooo good. The lobster and seafood dish had to be sent back because they were out of lobster and neglected to mention that fact. Dessert was brownie flambé was without its flame and then added some random liquor after the fact. Expected better service and food based on previous reviews.

Food was delicious! We stuck to steaks and beer/wine, but the meat came out sizzling and the sides were great.

We ordered their Argentinian 'Asado'... Nothing even similar to an Argentinian Asado. So, we were very disappointed and we even got sick that night. We don't recommend this dish at all. Maybe other dishes are very good, but not at all the Argentinian Asado. Service was very, very good, though.

Had a wonderful meal of fellowship with people here. The appetizers were very generous portions, as was with the meals we all had. A had a delicious ribeye steak. The service was wonderful. I am thankful we were able to get a seat inside but still by the water. We came on mother's day (here in Panama) and as busy as it was, we still got a table in pretty good timing. I would absolutely come back again.

The best location for a restaurant in Panama, up the sea, practically. Excellent meat and fish, not expensive, big portions, excellent environment, outside you can be followed by some forest small animals looking for food, they are so beautiful .

Really bad service and overall, a total of 3 hrs,from ordering and waited for a ice cream and a cake. plus the treatment was not giving the same way,I'm a Panamanian and sadly but true that if u look like a person with money then you will be treated good, i have been in other countries and received better treatment, true what people said your not a prophet in your own land, will not come back here to eat and sadly the last time that im coming back to my country.

Meat was real good with a little salad and arepa on the side. On pictures are ribs and a Ribe eye steak

Great place for good barbecue, I especially like the seafood barbecue usually good for 2 people or 3 not so hungry ones

Live music on Friday/Satuday evenings, outdoor seating- one of the best steaks on a hot grill plate ive ever had in Panama. Not cheap , but if i could give it 6 stars i would.

At the end of the causeway and two islands sits this beautiful establishment. With the back deck and front doors open a perfect breeze sales through the restaurant providing a very light and airy atmosphere. The food here was exquisite with everything ranging from wagyu beef, salads and of course as much seafood as you could want. the staff was very attentive and as you could imagine the views are unbeatable.

My only compliant is my stomach is not big enough and my wallet not large enough to keep ordering the most delicious steak I have ever tasted! Moy Bien!!! Recommend to anyone wanting AMAZING food and quality service! I had a wonderful Columbia’s Waiter named Sebastian who was an absolute gem! I will recommend to all my friends most!

Went there on my last day in Panama with some friend. View of the city spectacular and its set overlooking a marina full of nice yachts. Food was quite good and service was prompt and courteous (we were in a bit of a rush) The had their fried fish presented like I never have seen look pics wow...

The wait staff is great and friendly. They accommodated our large group with a positive attitude and made sure we got a table quickly, even offering seating for us while we waited. The food arrived quickly and the view is always so lovely. However, three people from our group who all shared a plate of the deditos de pollo from the kids' menu, including two small children, got very sick within a few hours of eating lunch here. When we called to let them know, NOT asking for them to reimburse our meal, ER bills from needing to take the little ones in for dehydration after severe stomach issues (both coming back up as well as going through), nor the hundreds of dollars of medication... just called to let them know... they didnt offer any sort of sympathy or apology. The woman just said, "Our food is the highest quality and no one else has complained. We will review the issue with our providers." A little sympathy in a situation like this could go a long way.

Lenos & Carbon provide great food and an even better ambience! The serving sizes are large too so careful on the appetizers or you wont have space for your entrees. The seafood is delicious.
