One of my go to destinations for sandwiches. Nice selection. Reasonably priced. Mini supermarket of gourmet items on site. Nice choice of sliced meats and also many cheeses to choose from. The coffee is the local coffee and very good.

Love DeliGourmet. 1 point to improve urgently in Obarrio: we wait too long at cheeses and cold cuts corner.... when we do not give up and leave the place renouncing to shopping. Employees do not care we are waiting for an order, even no client is yet in charge, they stay there, not watching at us, as we were invisible. What is their job? Being part of the decor or attending at the clients? My opinion and the same for many friends of mine. Please teach your employees to attend properly at clients.

One of our favorite places to go enjoy a Kotowa Coffee. If youbare looking for a special food item, it is likely Deli Gourmet will have it. They also have a wide array of sweets, wines, pastries and cheeses. The prices here will cut into your wallet.

I have always loved this place for the wraps and empanadas but now they open extra early at 6.30am which makes it even more handy its great. Good to find random ingredients, nice coffe and also has a high quality deli.

Overall a confortable place with normal breakfast food that has high quality ingredients.

This local chain is a specialties groceries store with a small cafeteria inside. The store offers a variety of select product like special meats, fish, quality spices and foods and snacks. The cafeteria is open all day, serves good cofee as also food that ranges from breakfast wraps to burgers and pizzas. They also have ready-to-go foods like ceviche, potato salads and the likes. Also, there are desserts like tres leches, flan, carrots cakes and so on. They have a few tables where you can sit and eat as also bring out your laptop and work for a spell (free WiFi). Staff here is always helpful and friendly. Parking at this spot is scarce as they are next to a bank.

Awesome variety of products, delicious empandas and soups. Some of thw baristas need a better attitude, and they definitely need more vegan options, but I still love most of the things they sell.

Excellent place to chat over a coffee. Delicious pastries and light food, as well as deserts. They also have a prominent deli market. Highly recommended to visit in Panama
