Great place to have lunch/dinner with friends and family, the service is pretty good and everyone is very kind. The location is big and has space indoor and outdoor. The burgers are really Good. 100% recommended.

They were so nice and food was delicious. We ordered Ribs, Pasta, Mexican food and tropical juices. All of them were great for our lunch.

Great burgers but poor wings. Decent variety in the menu. Clean and cosy place with nice customer service. But don't buy the chicken wings they are not worth it, so little too expensive.

Food is ok. Waiting time for us was 40-50 minutes. Milkshakes are overpriced and come served in mason jars. The nachos were good though. Oh and it's a bit on the expensive side... almost $50 for one steak meal, milkshake, lemonade and entries (as another meal).

First and last time here. We were invited to sit down at the table in about 2-3 minutes, told the menu was available for scanning and then the wait... no one came over and 15 minutes had passed. Called someone over and told them we wanted to order to which she said she wasn't the person and would get someone. We then waited 10-12 more minutes (so around 25-27 total) and decided to get up and leave. On the way out I asked for the manager who was actually right there and told him about the horrible service. What a way to ruin a night for 6 people and on top of that have them never come back and just spread the word of a place where service does not exist.

Great food and service. But I noticed there menu options is different and more expensive than that of the states.

Real stuff is very different from the menu, specially in color. Kids eat free on Sundays. Kids menu is kind of so so. Refill on Lemonade is nice.

The food it’s good Best brownies in town

Located in Altaplaza Mall... this Applebee's is one of the nicest I have been to. My waitress was sweet and patient even though I only I ordered a drink and dessert. The drink, a peach Sangria, was perfect! The mall closes at 8pm but Applebee's stays open until 10pm. A great way to end a day of shopping!

My husband and I had the Asian salad with chicken. The salad was very filling. Our server was friendly and attentive. We reserved our food quickly given it was lunchtime.

My only complain is that the prices make it more expensive than the alternatives. Specially the drinks. But the atmosphere, the service and the quality and presentation of the food is amazing.

Food was cooked right, fresh and tasty. The price a little higher a few specials offered.

First timers at this location. Two areas to sit, A/C or deck. Kind of disappointed because there wasn't many option for vegetarians other than the green salad or the boring pasta. I figured I could order one of the 'bowls' with out the meat, yet the price doesn't change. I still will be charged for something I'm not getting. Heads up, expect to be charged 10% of your bill for service.

Nice staff, nice food and the prices were great. Would go again.

The attention is really good, Barbara was very sweet and helpful, sadly not too many vegetarian and/or vegan options. The perfect margarita was a good call. The ambient was good, I saw someone celebrating his birthday and the staff was very cheerful singing and making it special.

If you've been to an Applebee's before, you know how good their food is. On my last visit I had a Caesar salad, very good actually. I was surprised that it had some extra ingredients that a regular Caesar salad does not have, like onion bites and almonds. It was really great, and a very good serve size. The waiter that was attending my table was really nice and on top of all things we needed. I had a really good time and it was a very pleasant experience.
