Not the best place in the price range. Particularly uncomfortable the way breakfast buffet works, as you are supposed to go only once through it, so if you are one of those people taking fruit on the first try and sausage on the second this is not your place. Still, if you are just looking for a soft bed and a clean shower it works perfectly fine, and location is great

The only reason why I give 2 stars is because the most valuable thing at this hotel is the staff. The are amicable and helpful. The room did not have a refrigerator nor a safe box (a portable one was brought to the room later), the hair dryer did not work, the little garbage can next to the toilet (the only one) was broken. There was not even a bottle of water. There were not any kind of touristic brochures at the front desk area. The hallways were noisy. People slamming doors and speaking loudly in the middle of the night. The guests next to my room where having a party. I was staying with my mom and we could not wait to leave to the airport. It's old and has very low maintenance but you can't ask for more on that price range. The rooms are big, the bed is OK, the gym is suuuuper basic and you have to bring your towel

Not one of the better hotels I've been to for the price. The location is very good, but paint eas falling off the wall in my room and in the "free" breakfast they would literally only give you one serving of mini pancakes, one sauge and scrambled eggs.

I reserved our room with 1 month of anticipation. When we arrived the following was waiting for us: 1. 15 minutes lost at check-in (the eftpos wouldn't work properly). 2. 2 double beds room was assigned, instead of 1 King sized bed. (As per our reservation) 3. No towels, beverages, or toilet essentials were available. 4. Requested above by calling the reception, 10 mins later nothing was received. Called again and the receptionist hung up on me. 5. Went down to the reception area, only to find that nobody had worked on our request. 2 ladies were then sent to get some towels, but they dissapeared. 6. 15mins later I went upstairs and they had delivered them already (no one at reception advised me) 7. 5 minutes later I received another bunch of towels (Imagine the mountain of towels we had at this stage) 8. No black outs in the room. 9. The next day, our "included breakfast" consisted of cold-hard bite size "hojaldres" (1 per person) 10. In general, the staff is very rude.

would never stay there again if a can prevent it. Its outdated look and feel dirty bad service and the breakfast is the morning is a joke if your going to do such a bad breakfast and service then I rather you not do it at all

Horrible !!! Dirty very dirty hotel. Toilet extremely dirty. Big room and toilet bout booth dirty. Ar cond. with a very weird smell. Tv only one channel working. Bad with a lump from the weight of others. Couldn’t open the window. Dirty curtains.... dirty floor......

I'm staying in room 1419 the room was good very clean the staf also very nice and kind especially from housekeeping Darojatun Alam that cleaning my room every day. Overall is good Thank you
