The rooms are large, it is very good located and the view is nice. I wouldn't say it is clean as it appears on their website. Honestly the rooftop pool was quiet dirty so i didn't go for a swim. Their staff is not very friendly, but the food is good though. I can say for the price it is appropriate, but do not expect a very clean and luxury resort.

We loved it here. We would totally come back. Our room was very spacious, our bed was extremely comfortable, and we had a great nights sleep. The staff was very friendly, and the hotel is within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The view of the city is spectacular, especially on the 26th and 27th floors. The pool was OK, but from the pool area was phenomenal. They do have a Jacuzzi, which was on the sixth floor with the gym and spa area. I would totally recommend this hotel others. Hope to come back someday.

The first time was great but the second wasn't as great, it all started in one of the lobby's big white silver sofa it had a bug that bit me twice while waiting, then we went to our room and a pillow case was still dirty with make up on it, several hairs on the bed and a purple finger nail on the floor but they were kind enough to change our room, in the new room 2 days letter we found bed bugs in our bed and we didn't know that the signs are small blood color spots on the sheets and pillows until one was crawling on my arm in the middle of the night plus found 4 more! Yuk! I wouldn't go back again, staff was really nice but that's pretty much it.

Summary: its okay. Is it 5 stars?? Maybe it was back in 2000 but now its 3,5. Its just worn out, the wear and tear shows itself everywhere. Its not a bad thing but it just doesn't fit the 5 star rating. The breakfast has a lot of choice but its just not special, let alone 5 star worthy. The rooms are huge but worn. Check-in was chaotic and slow, people skipping line etc. Don't get me wrong there isn't anything bad (except for the lack of elevators, just 2 in the loby for 27 floors and 2 from the casino side) but its just not that amazing quality you would associate with 5 stars. Has great rates per night.

Very nice hotel in El Cangrejo. The staff is very friendly and very comfortable rooms. The rooftop pool is amazing. I suggest just a little more care for the SPA. Shuttle service to airport has a very good price (25$ for 2 people) and the drivers are really professional and friendly.

Amazing hotel, I spent three nights here and did not want to leave as I loved it so much. The room was huge with possibly the comfiest bed I have ever slept on. The room had floor to ceiling windows which had amazing views of the city. There was Aircon and hearing, mini toiletries and towels which were all stocked daily. Mini bar and room service available. WiFi excellent. The breakfast was a buffet and had a lot of great choice. The staff downstairs who check you in are really friendly. There is a gym and spa downstairs and a swimming pool on the roof. From here you can see the most amazing views of the city. I recommend going up there to watch the sun set. At the top there is also the restaurant and cocktail bar where breakfast, other meals and drinks served. Again with the fantastic views.

A real great place, modern and excellently furnished with high ceilings, 15 feet, and windows from floor to ceiling. It is an experience to particularly look from a higher floor at the city, particularly at dawn and dusk. Excellent breakfast, great variety and lots of fruit. An added feature is that one can see the new canal right from ones breakfast table! And the bathroom is really a room of ample size.

Don’t do the included dinner! It was terrible. I ended up going to McDonald’s at 10 at night to get some fries... really terrible staff up there and it took forever. The hotel is nice though. Our room was pretty and really clean. But the reason I’m giving 3 stars is that they didn’t react to us hating the included menu (which we didn’t even finish) and that we had to get something else to eat at all! Really disappointing. That should not happen in a 4 star hotel!

I had really nice experience with this five stars hotel. The view from the top (where the swimming pool is located) was spectacular and breathtaking, you can see almost all the city. The restaurant has a great view and delicious food. The room was clean and comfortable with city view.

The room/bathroom is really big and nicely decorated with comfortable beds.. but key things missing such as no complimentary water, tea/coffee making facilities. Staff were very unhelpful/indifferent to serving you. Having said that the lady cleaning my room was so lovely. Breakfast hot food options were revolting and limited. Fresh fruit and bread were good. Overall very disappointing. The rooftop pool area has amazing views but the pool was filthy so I just sat near it, I didn't get in it. A bit of a missed opportunity to make this area really nice. The hotel has been mostly nicely decorated but the top two floors seem to have been neglected, it's odd given they have such great views and potential.

The staff was great and helpful on telling me where to go especially since i had a rental. The room was super clean and were cleaned great after using it. Also the view was amazing. It was spacious. The free parking helped. Plus there were inexspensive restaurants and a 24 hour supermarket diagonal where you could get all your necessities for cheap

Hotel room was fine. What really impacted my stay negatively was the horrible service in the restaurant. Twice I was told to go up and it was open. Both times I was fully ignored by the non existent staff. Sat at a table for 15 minutes, walked up to a server and asked to order. Then a woman sat down two tables away from me and was promptly served water and her order was taken. The server walked right by me three times in her way to accommodate the other guest. Might I add that we were the only two guests in the entire restaurant. This happened about 20 minutes ago and I am so happy to be checking out today so I can move on to another, friendlier hotel.

The room was very large and the bed was super comfortable. The room and bathroom are very clean, with good wifi but no kettle for tea/coffee. The rooftop swimming pool is nice for relaxing after a hot day. A subway station is around the corner, as well as restaurants and convenience stores. Good value at 50€ per night

Beautiful hotel, nice spacious rooms with an amazing view and plenty of light. Close to the metro and several international restaurants. Nice buffet breakfast that was sadly a bit cold, also saw a funny stain on my bed duvet, other than that it was great.
