No hot water, no soap/gel, water spray is broken. Poor communication. I will stay in hostel rather than staying here.

If you are staying by yourself book a room for two people. I had a friend come stay the night and they made me pay an extra $55. Absolutely rediculous. Even though my reservation said max 2 people per room not 1. Never again!!!!

Pics on their site are very old. The rooms were nice and the bed was firm. No cable or any internet possible channels-just a few 1970s snowy antennae channels. Room keys stopped working after 2nd use, fridge didn’t work and they didn’t replace it I had to ask for a bucket of ice to keep my drinks in. NO pool, no rooftop anything, no outdoor patios to sit at even though their pics show as such. Coffee in room is only 2 instant packs… view my video of one of the glasses that were on the counter for our use-gross-greasy and had food particles on it. Musty and very dark hallways, lots of deferred maintenance…. There are so many nice inexpensive places to stay in PC, choose one of those…i was quite disappointed. The gym was nice though as was the big 2 person shower-although the shower head was adjustable but the holder was missing…

The personnel was friendly despite of my clumsiness (i often forget to turn off my earbuds, so that i can't hear people so good...)... The washing machines were audible quite often... especially at nights... especially at one side of the building (because the machines were standing beside the building)... The airconditioning was quite loud, too... But in the night i did not need low temperature... and fresh air came in quite silently... The pollen filter was full, but luckily i have no allergy against panamanian pollen...

it is a nice hotel, this is the second time I stayed here, the first time was by choice the second I was placed here by the government of panama during the pandemic. some of the bathroom hardware start to break down. these are special circumstances so I wont be to harsh on the hotel, the hot water never got to a point that was warm enough but maybe due to high occupancy

Great hotel with modern and clean rooms. The staff is friendly and many also speak English. There were several sweet or hearty breakfast options. One can also go to the rooftop party where not only hotel guests can join.

Breakfast was not the best,every day is the same old boring thin,you have to pay extra for real eggs, the only time it's different when they have a private party and they have leftovers thay put it out for breakfast the next day😠😠😠 not good,try to do better Oriental,thats my only Complain,

Shelilynn!!!! One name only is needed because of her our stay was amazing! No one else at the entire location was as accommodating or kind or supportive as her! She greatly boosted the quality of our 4 day stay here unfortunately she was not There when we checked out and we had some difficulty had to carry our bags no one brought a cart to help with check out when requested but , when Shelilynn was there we had NO issues of any sort! Highly recommended experience here due to The excellent atmosphere. We knew where to go enjoyed walking to shopping and enjoyed the wonderful recommendations! We probably spend 25 bucks on Ubers for our entire stay going throughout the city and we went everywhere ! The highlight of our trip Was meeting Shelilynn as our family just loved her! Again, no employee came close to her dedication kindness and support, she also spoke beautiful English and Spanish which helped any conversation barrier!

Nice hotel but the area around the hotel is a bit schetchy

Next to the subway station, restaurants and shops. Good transition hotel for when you are leaving next day or just arrived. 24hr reception.

The hotel is in a good location and the room, bed included, is quite large. Daily cleaning service. Reason why I’m giving it 3* is because once you’re out the room there’s a strong mouldy smell around the corridors and they have parties every night which noise accompanies you while you sleep, from 11pm until 3/4am. Not sure this is bearable.

A very convenient location with large, we'll appointed rooms that care also clean. The only drawback is the music they play downstairs -- which can be heard several floors.

We stay only one night in the Oriental before heading to isla Contadora. But it was a really nice, clean and comfortable place to regenerate before our next trip!

Great hotel, staff and food. Rooms lovely and large- well air conditioned. Only slight issue was that the AC failed in the gym during workout making it a very hot session. Thank you to the team for a great stay
