Dirty and smelly hotel. We left for a better hotel after a few nights of bad sleep. The air conditioning smells like sewage and makes so much noise that you can't use it if you want to sleep. Because you can't use the air conditioning and there is no further air treatment it becomes too stuffy in the room so you can't sleep well. The overall hygiene is below decency. Mold on the ceiling, dingy furniture, worn and dirty bathroom. Upon presenting our findings we were allowed to move to another room but we were told beforehand that all rooms are of the same quality and the air conditioning problem is also the same everywhere. Because everything in the hotel is finished with tiles it is super noisy. When you are in your room you are bothered by everyone talking in the hallway or if they leave their room door open. We took our financial loss and left for a better hotel.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location not great. The first thing the front desk tells you when you check in is the free breakfast buffet is mot included despite being advertised as included. The room did not have a coffee maker, safe, or refrigerator. You had to request it. The adjacent rooms were under construction Fter 4 PM drills, hammering and loud music. I had to notify the staff They stopped the construction the first night but it repeated on the second night. Late at night some woman was screaming loudly in one of the rooms 2 doors down. I called ths concierge. They apologized. They told me there was a female singer on the floor and would tell her to stop. After that someone started slamming doors at all hours. I have a feeling it was the singer. Believe me is wasn't pleasant. Google Rosann Barr Nationale anthem you'll see what I mean. The towel holders and paper holders in the rest rooms were constantly falling off of the walls. The entry to the Hotel was like an ice skating rink. WHO designs a Hotel entrance with slippery ceramic tile? Much less in an environment that rains everyday. Again nk complaints against the staff but a miserable place to stay.

Needs repair. Beds were older, couch was gross. Let me reduce a star. Tiles broken bathroom ceiling ceiling wasn’t complete no fan to reduce wetness ( vent) the lobby consistently full of waiting people. This may be hourly local hotel.

Would not! Recommend... We stopped getting towels to our room and when we called and requested towels they said they had a report that the towels were stained and we were told we had to pay $25 each, to have them cleaned before getting clean ones. We paid for 5 nights and we were very disappointed! When we went to investigate the towels we couldn't identify the stains that were supposedly on the towels from our room. The supervisor Reynaldo was rude and basically told us he doesn't care what we have to say. It spoilt our birthday celebrations and the vacation for us. We left and went for breakfast because we were so upset, got back and fell asleep only to hear security beating down our door to go to front desk. We were shocked out of our minds!!! This supervisor Kevin was already set and waiting for us as though we were criminals who did not pay for our entire stay already!We immediately got mad upset! Listing all the issues we were ignoring all this time, like our shower had no door,as in it was gone! So the entire bathroom was flooded the fixtures kept falling from the wall in the room and the floors were dirty! Thanks to Anthony and Antonio this hotel wasn't a total trash stay!

I would really caution anyone from staying here. The hotel itself was fine, but the hotel double charged me for the stay. I had paid with another card, but when I got there they said I had not, and I was a bit confused but assumed maybe I was wrong or they needed the charge for incidentals. Sure enough, they charged me on each credit card. After spending hours on the phone with my credit card company and receiving emails saying they would refund me on TWO occasions, they still have not refunded me and 45 days later.

Bathroom doesn't have hand shower, no shower for toilet. No water kettle in room. Hotel doesn't have tea even in dinning room. Only green tea. Waiters are not friendly. Doesn't allow food to take again. How come this hotel got three star. They deserve one star or below. Internet is very slow. In food u will get mostly raw vegetable. No indian cuisine like dal, chapatti, vegetable. U will starve badly.

Its more like a cheap hookup motel than a 3 star hotel. You don’t get in room coffee/hot water facilities, not even a coffee mug. Doesn’t matter you book it for a day or week you still get a single tooth brush and single low grade soap/shampoo bottle. They use term “covid precautions” to do some major cost cuttings, using of plastic disposable knife & folk for all meals and disposable paper cups for juice. Keep away from this hotel if you want to enjoy the stay, if you just want to spend the night at hotel it may be okey.

The staff are amazing. The hotel is kept very clean. The roof top pool area is large and you can take great pictures of the city.

Rooms and furniture are old. Breakfast is not like a 3 or 4 star Standart and the room is like a student mensa. Everything in Plastik. 2 different sorts of bread one Marmelade. The staff at the Rezeption is very unfriendly and not kompetent. Would not recommend the hotel. The pool is to small for swimming.

I loved the size of the suite and the immense bed. Staff very friendly and helpful.. the small gym the rooftop pool and terrace were great. The buffet breakfast excellent.

We booked some weeks earlier and when we arrived, they said it is already booked out. They didn't inform us before about the situation. It was quite heavy to get the money back. Because we paid it already.

Simply amazing. Confortable and quiet rooms (AC is a little noisy but nothing to worry about.) Staff is really friendly and helpful. The hotel is very well located and nothing is more than 25 minutes away. Katherine from the front desk and Pablo from the Bar were THE BEST! Thank you for making our stay with my wife very pleasant.

Shower and bathroom in general disgusting, old, damaged with mold. At breakfast, you can get an omelet made of 2 eggs, but if you ask for 3, the stuff sends you to... I rate it negatively!

Remodeled 9 story with a pool on top. Nice area in El Cangrejo. Shopping, banks, casinos, restaurants within easy walking. Cabs are reasonable but ask how much before entering car. Hotel can give you an idea about fares. Hotel was very cleas. Spacious and friendly. Bkfst included was decent. Nice place

This is not a good place if you need a moderately good internet connection. As soon as I arrived, I noticed the WiFi speed throughout most of my room was below 8mbps (much slower than your average cellular connection). I needed to work from my computer and do zoom meetings, but the connection was simply too slow and unreliable. The staff here told me they would fix it, and didn't. They moved me to another room where they claimed the connection was better when it was actually worse. When I decided to check out early to go to another hotel, they refused to refund my money for the days I wouldn't be staying. This place is definitely below standard in terms of amenities and service. Terrible experience.

The hotel is new. All furniture is good condition. Bedding and sanitation on good levels. All staffs are friendly and welcoming. Own hotel has situated at good city ‘s place. My recommendation!

Food is not available after 2130LT. If somebody wants to have somthing either they have to go out or reception can arrange at 5 times the price. Staffs are not very friendly. They will try to to charge extra amount al services that they provide. All rooms are non smoking type.

There was a noise next to our room all night, probably from running washing machine, it was pretty hard to sleep. Many lights in multiple corridors were flickering, I can't imagine how somebody with epillepsy would take it.

Hotel rooms have less ameneties and better maintainance should be carried out. Washrooms repairs are pending and mini refrigerator and room telephone are big things that are missing

Victoria hotel and suites in Panama City. If you are looking for a luxury standard stay definitely you could choose this hotel. They are providing good healthy food and great hospitality by staffs. They have pool facilities. You can see the city view from the hotel rooms

Rude receptionist not delivering room keys on time. Many things they try to overcharge! Rooms are big but beds very old and noisy. Shower doesn't have hot water, a bit warm only. No internet at all or just working sometimes and super slow. No breakfast even you pay 90$ for the hotel which worth no more than 50$! Many nice hotels around, better look somewhere else! All good comments probably fake.

A nice hotel when you are on a budget. The service by the front desk team was a cut above the rest. The team will help you if spanish isn't conversational. Having the hotel just a stone throw from the heart of the city makes the experience even better.
