This
is
the
worst
place
I
have
ever
stayed.
In
a
hotel
I
look
for
clean
sheets
and
for
my
property
to
not
get
stolen.
This
place
could
not
do
either.
First
night,
the
bed
had
large
bugs
and
human
hair.
I
asked
the
front
desk
for
new
sheets,
but
she
refused
to
give
us
them
and
reminded
me
about
how
they
“upgraded”
our
room
(our
original
room
had
a
broken
TV,
but
the
new
room
was
next
to
loud
street
construction
for
three
straight
days).
Second
night,
I
asked
to
use
the
luggage
room
the
next
day
for
a
brief
3
hours,
and
another
front
desk
lady
threatened
to
charge
me
$34
for
an
extended
checkout
while
giggling
with
the
blue
haired
worker
from
the
first
night.
The
rate
of
storage
posted
is
$5/night.
As
we
were
packing
up
to
leave,
we
realized
some
souvenirs
were
missing
from
our
room.
The
front
desk
asked
us
to
check
our
luggage
for
the
items
and
later
asked
me
to
check
again
because
the
cleaning
ladies
didn’t
believe
me.
We
were
forced
to
run
out
and
buy
them
all
again
in
a
rush
before
catching
our
flight.
Hotel
staff
had
nothing
to
say
but
“sorry.”
The
housekeepers
claimed
they
never
saw
a
bag
of
souvenirs.
If
they
mistook
it
for
trash,
I’m
not
sure
why
they
didn’t
also
clean
up
empty
water
bottles.
It
was
missing
after
the
first
night,
when
the
blue-haired
worker
felt
bothered
by
my
reasonable
request
for
new
sheets.
The
hotel
was
dirty,
the
area
is
loud
with
construction
during
the
day,
during
the
night
the
rooftop
bar
blasts
music,
and
the
staff
is
unprofessional.
