The Hotel is close to bus and subway services, to a major supermarket/department store/pharmacy (Machetazo); walking distance to the iconic "Cinta Costera" (jogging, bycicling, etc; spectacular view of the City's modern skyline) along Panama Bay. Adjacent to Restaurant Benidorm-- with superb coffee, and a good and varied breakfast offering, I stayed here between 2014 and 2023 during multiple trips tp Panama City but have stopped doing so because the quality of service have dropped over the last year. Therefore, I will no longer recommend this hotel; a better option is the nearby Hotel Covadonga.

OK price if you are on a budget; place was clean when we got there but there were lots of small bugs around.

There is no way this hotel is 3 stars , the worst place I have ever seen in my life , such a high price for a horrible place, It looks like a horror movie , the rooms have old sheets and old and noisy windows and the service is extremely bad, I have to pay more to sleep somewhere else and they refuse to return my money

It's ok for a night or two. If you walk up the road everything seems to be ok. If you walk down the road, it seems a bit unsafe but in general seems ok. Important, it's very cheap though

They have very strong WiFi the whole 5 floors. The room is clean, a bit dark and not big. There are 2 night stands at bed sides. They have strong hot water, good soap. Next door or I would say belong to the hotel is the Benidorm restaurant for me is one of the best restaurants in Panama. Big menu, cheap price, big portion, fast service, tasty food. The laundry is also just a few blocks away, at a cheap price. Nearby is a supermarket where you can get nearly all you need.

Good hostel ,but Neighborhood kinda weird

Amazing staff. Good restaurant. Warm water. Pool upstairs. Middle of Panama City so if you research, are close to many more restaurants. From 10th floor window, you can see jungles and green mnts for miles. To the right palm tree lined beaches with endless ocean. Only negative is air is very dirty, humidity high and really warm but that is mot hotels fault.

Hotel Acapulco was our first lodge in Panama city. For the price, location and proximity you cannot find a better place! The staff were incredibly accommodating, welcoming and helpful. It was also a plus that a dinner was right next door for a decent, local Panamanian meal.
