I
will
never
reserve
a
room
here
ever
again.
The
custoner
service
is
really
bad.
The
staff
is
very
rude
and
moniter
your
every
move.
Very
money
hungry
employees
that
act
like
the
hotel
belongs
to
them.
I
booked
a
room
on
priceline
that
gave
the
options
of
1
queen
bed
or
2
full
beds,
i
was
traveling
with
my
daughter,
my
sister,
and
my
sisters
2
sons,
so
I
picked
the
2
beds
of
corse.
Well
we
get
to
the
room
and
I
sign
all
the
paper
work.
The
next
day
we
get
followed
and
stopped
at
the
elevator
door
to
be
accused
of
not
providing
acurate
information.
So
i
get
into
an
argument
with
the
staff
because
they
saw
us
the
day
before
and
they
knew
we
had
kids
with
us
but
didn't
say
anything
so
what
was
the
problem?
I've
never
had
to
register
my
child
when
I
book
a
room,
add
her
to
the
number
of
people
staying
in
the
room
yes
but
never
register
her
and
the
website
didn't
even
give
me
an
option
to
add
the
kids.
It
just
said
2
adults
and
the
number
of
beds.
Well,
apparently
the
kids
had
to
pay
to
stay
too,
which
was
not
a
problem,
I
didn't
have
a
problem
paying,
but
the
problem
was
that
the
lady
had
not
charged
us
for
the
kids
cause
she
didn't
think
they
were
satying
too
and
the
reservation
was
for
2
adults.
But,
the
website
didn't
give
me
an
option
it
just
said
1
or
2
beds
and
that
the
room
fit
4
people.
So
they
charged
us
a
nother
$400+
and
engaged
into
anargument
with
me.
The
manager
was
being
very
unproffesional
and
rude.
I
personally
think
that
they
thought
we
were
bringing
more
people
to
stay
in
the
room
since
my
uncles
were
helping
us
bring
some
bags
into
the
room.
The
whole
situation
could
have
been
dealt
with
different
if
they
had
practiced
good
customer
service.
Truthfully,
I
wouldn't
have
stayed
in
this
hotel
after
this
if
I
could
have
cancelled
the
reservation
with
out
beeing
chageged
the
full
amount.
