We were relocated to this hotel from Terranova hotel, I would not have chosen it on my own. Location was ok, althogh much further from the metro than we wanted. Not much around, all the restaurants seemed to be closed all the time, only a couple of supermarkets open. At first, I liked the modern and clean lobby and that we finally got the room, although I havent felt even a hint of friendliness from the receptionist and never seen even a slightest smile, except for one girl that was on duty on our last day. The room is very basic and pretty much run down (got a room 311 on the 3rd floor facing the elevator). Positive: a/c works, hot water in the shower, wifi is ok. Negative: stains everywhere - on walls, floor, ceiling, bedsheets. In the bathroom all facilities look like they will fall apart when you touch. We couldn't rotate the shower head and the shower door glass had a crack. It was very loud all the time, even during the night, people coming and going, slamming doors. We could hear everything happening in the rooms around us, peple showering, watching tv, talking, having sex... It seemed to me that were in a place that rents the room by hour. Had to spend 2 nights there and was happy when we finally checked out. Horrible experience, would not recommend to anyone.

The overall is mediocre run down honoring its price, however, the manager Martinez was very rude with us. After we lost a $100 bill from the room while we were making gym, obviously we put a claim and Mrs. Martinez acted against us even though we have spent more than 30 nigths in the hotel. Too bad for her, we canceled the rest of our stay and never we'll come back to that hotel.

The rooms were ok but not as expected, had a lot of noisy persons on the top floor. Very cleaning ideal location to restaurants and the metro and bus stations.

Good location and good customer service. Over all the hotel is neat & clean but I could smells cigarrett smoke in the hallways along with a smells of humidity wich was pretty unpleasant.

The rooms are clean and hotel is in a good area but the servants are warm and need to be more friendly, girl that served at restaurant seemed to have a problem and didn't even thank me for my service.

Every time I have stayed here I have booked the Studios or the Suites. Very large rooms with marble floors, great views of the street below, and jacuzzi tubs! For the price you can't beat it per night. The Wi-Fi is strong and consistent and the staff is courteous and discreet. The restaurant downstairs won't blow you away but with the small number of guests in the hotel it is never too crowded and you don't wait long for service. The rooftop pool is under rated in my opinion and I found it to be a great escape during a few of my visits.

It's actually located in a decent area and the ladies at the front desk are nice and helpful but the rooms don't feel safe at all, paint was cracking everywhere...they didn't have a good look. People wouldn't knock on doors, just open them even. It doesn't hurt to knock and wait for a response ! Also way pricy for what it is.

Excellent for the price. Fabulous location in El Cangrejo. Building is a bit older but thus the charm. Staff was fabulous! Good breakfast included. Noisy guests in the halls but not their fault. Even had ice available at the front desk unlike other supposedly better hotels who want to charge or not avail at all. Only slightly negative was consistency of wifi which is a problem if working while traveling. Def return tho.

Another one of Panama's best kept secrets and certainly Lee wonderful hotels among su hotels among so many that panama has to offer, or, it reminds you that being pampered isn't isn't something the the Romans invented and passed down . It's been alive and well in Central America for Centuries

I needed to come from Boquete to Panama City ASAP. I took the overnight express bus from David which didn't arrive at Albrook until 3 a.m. I struck out with my favorite hotels in El Cangrejo but my cabbie said he knew one I could get for $40. I was a bit leery but I'm exhausted and what choices did I have? He took me to the Hotel Palador. They had a two-bed room for $40 (normally $70 said the desk) and I took it. The hotel is somewhat run down but any port in a storm, right? They were clean, had wifi and a shower as well as clean sheets which was all I really needed for 4 a.m. I got in a few hours sleep before my 9 a.m. appointment. which went well. Thank you to the night crew at Hotel Parador who helped me in the middle of the night when they could have easily said "no". They even fixed the a/c for me before I turned in. Dios te bendiga!

Great location, facade, pool, staff, wings, fries and tostones. Spartan, no frills accommodations. Excellent value! It's my go to place, for 1st and last nights, in Panama. Restaurant is closed on Sunday

I have stayed at many hotels in Panamá this is the worse. Bedroom has one light in hallway one in the bathroom and none by the bed not even a lamp. They wanted my uncle who came to say hi to pay if he was going to talk to me in the room. Their guest area is not private. I booked this hotel because it was recommended. Poor ventilation so the smell of bleach was overpowering.

Needed a hotel last minute and they were accommodating. Room and bed is small. Good breakfast

The hotel overall is nice, comfortable beds and services. Needs major improvements in the way the hotel looks, is outdated. You can hear pretty much everything happening in the hallway. Thumbs up for location.

The price and location can't be beat. Clean room, clean sheets...broken furniture... curtains need a wash. Awesome roof top pool.
