Nice low cost hotel. The folks don't speak English so you can practice your Spanish. Excellent cleaning staff and front staff. It is near the train so easy to get around the city. The one annoyance is there are only 2 outlets in the room. For the cost, great room and service!

I got to the room and seems it was not cleaned, hairs in the bathroom, stains in the shower and in the floor. Mould in the shower. Also really noisy A/C. I would not recommend to stay at this hotel.

Please don't go to this hotel. Will be you worst nightmare. Depriment rooms, bad customer service. I was supposed to stay there for 11 nights. I just stayed 2 nights in two different rooms. At the end I move to another hotel.

The hotel has a basic room, the location is great and is really secured. They can improve the cleaning, is a good option to have a good room with a small budget.

Customer Service was ok. But..there was no wifi. The place look like a "Motel". There was water all over the bathroom floor..and I did not have a shower...so it was not coming from the shower.

A fair price for a hotel like this. The bedding is not confortable. And the AC is too loud. But it is in the central area of town. Nice choice to stay for one night at this price.

The staff at the hotel is amazing for a small hotel , helpful with everything thing and anything you need. The restaurant food is always prepared to order and served hot well seasone.. cash and cards accepted. 2 complaints we had one of which was rectified immediately( the water wasn't very hot in our 1st room it was changed immediately. ) The bed was more firm than were used to ... Overall the location is excellent there's 9 restaurants on this street when the hotel is also a Washhouse ,2 casinos in walking distance the metro line and police presence is always around, 100's of shops taxis always available at the hotel.

The room size & price are perfect but the wifi here was terrible. The view from my room was the grunge of the hotel nextdoor and barb wire. Good for a few nights, I would suggest that if you want a view, you ask. Much of the staff was friendly. One younder front desk women didnt acknowledge me once. You get what you pay for :)

Definately recommend staying here its near the metro train station alot of restaurants are near this area the staffs are very warm. Rooms are clean
