It's far away from city and considering the remote location, there should be a inhouse restaurant serving meals. There is no restaurant in the hotel, more like a motel.

everything was good, except for one of the receptionist. she was always in bad mood. when we ask her a question about the canal tour her answer was "that she doesn't work with the tour office" when we ask her about a good restaurant she said " I don't know there is a lot of restaurant out there go find out". She needs to be remove from her job. for my bad luck I don't remember her name. the hotel is nice and clean but they need to get the receptionist out of there. She should not treat her clients like that.

I arrived 10 minutes before 10pm. The lady was already going home and didn’t let me in and told me that the reception closed @ 10pm but she was leaving the property 10 minutes earlier and didn’t want to help me as a late check in visitor. It seems to be a good looking small hotel on the far end of Amador Causeway a tiny beautiful road connecting the island to peninsula. What a pity that I haven’t got a chance to stay there. I will try next time checking in earlier. Please Be aware that this hotel doesn’t have a 24 h reception. At night just the security guard.

Nice hotel, clean room. But very little services avaliable. Unfortunately the breakfast which was £22.00 was very poor and unacceptable. The location is useful for the yacht marina with marina Flamenco 20 mins walk away.

Room was clean and had a great view of the city. Modern room with balcony and nice bathroom. Only reason for the 4 star was the breakfast was not that great. Very basic breakfast.

Very nice hotel in an excellent location. No bottle water in the room and toiletries and tea and coffee was for 1 person even though they knew 4 of us were staying there but the staff were helpful and nice and the room was lovely.

The room was awesome, the staff...not so much! I checked out 15 minutes before the prescribed time and went directly home as I live in Panama City. I started unpacking and noticed I left my portable speaker in the room. I called the front desk immediately and asked that they check the room. I informed her of the direct location of it. She said she would and will return my call. After 10 minutes, I called again only for her to tell me it was not in the room and I also received a text message saying the same. Instead of responding to the text, I immediately returned to the hotel. Once I arrived, to her surprise as she thought I was a tourist never to return, I asked to check the room and she (the front desk clerk), told me I couldn't. As I walked up the stairs, I was met by housekeeping and I asked to enter the room and I explained why. To her surprise, her key card wouldn't allow her to enter the room. She went to the front desk and returned with a second key, which didn't work either. I requested the front desk clerk to come and open it. Once she did, I went to the location of where I left my speaker, only to find it was relocated. Not cool at all!! During my stay, there was an ice bucket in the room, when I asked the front deck for the location of the ice machine, I was told they don't have one and I might be able to buy some at the market down the street. With that being said, they had no ice to keep the fruit, yogurt and water cool for the breakfast they offered. The attached restaurant has a large rat running towards the kitchen entrance! Needless to say I didn't eat there. On both Saturday and Sunday, the pool area was COMPLETELY occupied by the owners paddle board customers with loud music and party. They need to do better!!!

Good place to stay if you're catching the 7:30 ferry to contadora Island. Basic clean accommodations. Some good restaurants nearby.

The rooms are large and the bathrooms are too. I have stayed here a few times. The staff is rude and not helpful at all. The breakfast is ok nothing to write home about. The wifi is the biggest problem, they will have you reboot and act like they don't know why YOU are having problems with it when it's their horrible wifi. If you get a room with a connecting door and the people next door are there to party you won't get any sleep so make sure you say you don't want that room. For the price there are better options in the city.

It's a great place for families & even inside activity rooms for children & teens! Many clean water options for all ages although beach, sand, small waves available We enjoyed the 'all inclusive' feature and I felt others did too as meal area was always busy & a hit! Staff was always available, helpful w/questions and constantly servicing tables, common areas, pools, etc. Discjockey was fun at pool area & enjoyed by all! There are also various small bands in different areas too depending on time of day. Although there are retirees as well as families, I did find the constant slamming of doors on our floor such an annoyance even into 1 2,3,a.m. Yep, I have some grey hair & maybe don't 'party hardy' but, we've stayed many many Intl & Natl hotels & this was literally a 1st for us. A suggestion would be for Sheraton to install special hinges on doors to curb this BIG annoyance for good! Other hotels have around the world & from the observation, I think you all are recovering from the pandemic financially & can afford to do this for your future 'return guests'. P.S. Your food prep, serving, choices, and positive attitude in a major department of a hotel was awsome you all! Nice job!!!

Great location. Price was good. Had a large room with a good view of the city. Shower was very large. Staff was very nice. Can't comment on breakfast because we had to leave early in the morning.

The location is great. Unfortunately the pool was very dirty and was on the neighbouring restaurant property. Breakfast only starts at 8 am but the tours we booked started at 8 am. Would try a different hotel in the same area next time.

Escaped my neighborhood New Years celebration here. Instead of all night fireworks and blaring music I got a peaceful nights sleep and enjoyed watching the displays along the city skyline from a good distance.

Great value with super helpful staff. Rooms are large. We had a minor issue with the first room (The safe was locked and unusable. When you are walking about an unknown city, it is nice to limit your on-person cash.), but they immediately moved us. Limited parking, with a security guard and various critters, so consider that. Buses are frequent and taxis, in numbers enough so as to be almost a nuisance, looking for a fare. Traffic varies with the weekend and plenty of helpful tourist police to ensure your safety. The port at the end of our street is a working port, so expect some large truck traffic. Practically attached to the hotel, and part of your route to the pool is La Ranchita restaurant, to a sister to the spot I profiled in a previous post Pencas. Good food and drink at La Ranchita, but on a busy weekend nights, don't be in a hurry.
