The location of the hotel is not the best. Definitely not walkable as a tourist. Do not walk around at night. The room was subpar. No hot water. Shower door didn’t work. There wasn’t a shower head when I first arrived. The toilet seat wasn’t wiped down. I had a bad view outside my window. There were roaches. I wasn’t comfortable at all. BUT the staff was nice.

Don't go there. Just don't. There's no water, no soup, no towels. Outlets don't work. And I'm not talking about one isolated episode. That's just how this "hotel" runs. Simply avoid it. You're welcome.

The first cabin smelled AWFUL and the lift too! It did not have towels. Requested a new cabin, smelled like cigarette and had only one single towel, not recommended the price paid vs what is offered.

Filthy and stinks. First room given to us had no hot water, no wifi and aircon not working. Gave us another room, wifi extremely bad, toilet seat broken, toilet was loose on the floor and leaking, aircon barely working, window blind stuck half open, bathroom window broken, bedside tables delaminating, filthy walls, towels threadbare and as hard as sandpaper, door could not lock. Cockroaches everywhere and the place stinks of disinfectant/insecticide. I feel sorry for the staff who try their best.

My experience was terrible, I had to move from the hotel because the room was not clean, the shower didn't work, there was a lot of noise late at night. I prepaid 7 nights, I've been asking Travelocity for the reimbursement of $79.93 for the 4 nights that I did not stay in the hotel they refuse to do it, because the hotel refuses to do it.

The worst hotel in my life. Mold and paint will peel off the walls. No fire alarm. Has no WiFi (pink more that 10000ms). Broken wall in bathroom. Cockroaches are running everywhere Jalousie is not worked. Refrigerator has no parts and did not work properly.

The staff is really friendly but the rooms are not that clean... I honestly would not recommend staying there for more than 1 night. I stayed 3 because it was a cheap hotel I was expecting it would be at least clean. I had to use lots of clorox wipes everywhere and the bathroom smell was awful.

I asked if I could use the kitchen before booking and they said sure, but when i got there they wanted to charge me 4 dollars to cook for 5 min. Room wasnt very clean the 1st day and aircon and lights didnt work. I waited a while but they sorted it out. Rooms cleaned daily after so then it was better. Rooftop pool was clean but needs some plants and atmosphere. They are busy with renovations so good luck trying to sleep at 7h30am. Seems you need to activate ur keycars daily at reception which they dont tell u when u book in...my travel pillow went missing from my room and they didnt reimburse me for it.

The restaurant is NOT open 24 hours like they say, and we chose this place because we would be returning in the evenings. The staff look bored and acted like we were bugging them. Our room flooded during a rain storm and my daughter slipped and stubbed her toe. They have tiny roaches. The pool was dirty, and in disrepair. The tiles on it are broken and cut our feet. They never changed our sheets even though we asked and we stayed 4 nights. The tub did not work. They said there was a kitchenette but there was only a mini-fridge. The door hardly shut, much less locked. This whole trip was a disappointment

Got my reservation on priceline for $21/day.... stay was for 6 days. Did you know there is another hotel a couple of blocks away at 22$ where they actually have good comments... Check-in staff were helpful and friendly... no help offered to haul my luggage to the 4th floor.. but that's ok, I prefer to tip myself. WiFi actually worked well.... fast.... room on the 4th floor. Not a 3 star hotel... It's a 1 star... if you can keep that in mind, you will have a nice stay. Well... that is until you need toilet paper... or have to fix the plumbing yourself... When I asked for toilet paper, I was told to wait 5 minutes, but It never came... so I asked again a couple of days later, they went from room to room.... several rooms, until they found some... robbed it from that room, and then brought me a roll and handed it to me. Twice I was in my room when they opened the door without knocking and barged in. I can deal with the the water leaking into my room from the floor above, but I take issue when people don't respect the privacy of my room. First room prior to being moved do to the water leak: Sheets were stained, glad I brought my sleeping bag insert sheet I got from Walmart, and my own pillow...kind of gross to touch anything , no toilet paper, shower dripped, Cockroaches were abundant.... Second room... just next door: major difference.... Have yet to see a cockroach after the 2nd day, sheets were clean, pillows were actually pillows, and not some gross presentation that resembled a child's stuffed animal. TV was lacking a remote, and toilet required plumbing repair. It requires that I turn the valve on and off for use, otherwise water goes everywhere. Of course, you will find just about everything I wrote already in the reviews I didn't read prior to placing a reservation. Although the staff are attentive, the management is lacking, for that is the level in which the standards are set. Sure the hotel has been around a while, and has seen some use, but it would only take some integrity standards to actually have a classy 3 star rating as it falsely claims. The picture advertising the room I was relying on was bogus. Room was 16'x10'x9'. I'm up for an adventure so we'll see how the rest of the stay finishes out. In the end nothing came of missing, although I left my computer in the room, often plugged in in the open.

I checked in and when I saw the bed and the pillow where stained. I asked to be changed to another room and that one was actually worse. I decided to leave the place and they said they couldn't give us refund so I decided to leave. I rather lose my money than staying in that place. It's terrible. The worst place I've ever been.

1/2 renovated and not put back together. So this was not a good esperance. The place was tiled from floor to ceiling and floors l, it was new and nice tile but it was filthy. Not construction dust, even though there was some of that, like dried stuff that spilled and had not been wiped up, mopped, or any other cleaning practice. Our first room flooded. Yes like water everywhere the pipe leaked in the bathroom. They had replaced them or hooked up the new sink but did not turn on the water to test it. We chose to leave after that a find a new hotel in a better neighborhood. That was the other thing it is a dirty area trash in the gutters and streets and a putrid smell.

This was the worst Hotel Experience of my life. I booked a room via AirBNB and the room got confirmed. When i arrived at the Hotel in the middle of the night they told me there are no rooms free anymore and they were really annoyed that i was asking for a room. They were not trying to help me in any way. Would never do it again!
