Small basic hotel, staff are very good and humble, the location is very good, all stuff available nearby. Reputation is good and security of area very good👍 hotel clean and tidy.

There are two reasons I was disappointed in staying in this place. First of all the front desk should be more friendlier and understand a bit of English. Secondly, of all being there for almost 21 days on the weekend on Saturday they reserve the pool areas for outside clients for parties. You can’t use the pool area from 4pm -12am. The staff place a warning in every floor for the people that are staying inside the suites are not allowed to the pool area. There were moments that the music was so loud late at night that you couldn’t rest. Party sometime lasted more than the posted. That’s isn’t fair for the people that come and stay in this place. Many of us come far away for this no nonsense. I had tried in emailing the manager and I haven’t received his response. They should let the client know about this before your reservation. Please be aware. Not staying there again

Highly recommend! Staff is friendly and overall awesome people. The Manager, Yurlio is a superb person and host. Our time here was enjoyable.

Excellent service, staff is helpful and friendly, breakfast was included, simple but plenty of options. Rooms are good, might need a little update but they’re good over all. And I was able to bring my pets !!!

We have been choosing this hotel for long time. The last 2 stays we had problems with the bathrooms. After letting them know, the bathrooms were never fixed. The first time we let it pass, this last time we would'nt. They never fix the bathroom and the front desk lady treat us with hostility every single day of our stay, after we complained about the bathroom. We demanded to speak with the manager, but in this hotel, the front desk lady never pass the message to their manager. This hotel is decreasing it quality and the lack of customer service and consideration to the costumers are making us to choose a better hotel for our next trip.

The place is very central u have supermarket pharmacy and metro near About the hotel is very complet because u can rent studio with everything bathroom, big bed and kitchen too. The service is good and have pool in the rooftop

A very really nice place! Kind of private, which is great! People who work here try to make you feel at home, too. Everything is close by, transportation, businesses food and restaurants. Would stay here again if I had the chance. Very clean! Price is also very good! Highly recommend!

Pet friendly, nice pool area, good breakfast selection and convenient location to financial district. Staff does not greet nor acknowledge their guests, but they are professional when you need assistance.

This suite is very nice, I love the swimming pool, room, kitchen, area, breakfast, EXCEPT the Donde El Toro restaurant neighbor is crazy LOUD Saturday night until 2 am. This is by far the worst noisy place during our long Central America trip. Poor gym.

Excellent attendance from the staff, the place for breakfasts is amazing, super convenient located to stay during working trip, super clean and beautiful rooms i will stay again for sure! And the manager super professional... thanks for everything!
