Our room was very small, you had to step up into the washroom, the door didn't fit the doorway, we had a "play by play" of the couple in the next room. The free breakfast was advertising sausage and scrambled eggs, it was hotdogs and liquid eggs not real eggs. It definitely wasn't worth the price.

05/06/22 and still at this moment, location in El Dorado Panama is excellent Mall is 10 min away in taxi ($2:50) bunch of cafe, banks, Canal lock 40 minutes, Amador Causeway, fine Restaurants. Hotel staff are very friendly highly recommended 👌

I liked it mostly because it is within walking distance from various stores and cafés. Service is good and they offer breakfast every morning.

Extremely bad service by front desk staff, breakfast is garbage. Rooms not worth their price. Not going back ever again, there are hundreds of better choices. Not recommended unless you have no choice.

Short, 2 night stay and did not get out much. The rooms and facilities were clean and comfortable. No hot water and a constant glare on the TV screen. Great staff, really helpful above and beyond my expectations.

Room looked clean but shower was not cleaned once in 5 day stay. No washcloths and desk refused an extra towel (2 per room). Safe did not work even after maintenance visit. Most staff was friendly. Location was good, short ride to everything we wanted to see. Rate was good but adjust expectations accordingly.

A perfectly fine 3 star hotel. Rooms are clean, but small. AC is loud but works as it should and staff is welcoming and attentive.

I confirmed staying an extra night on Booking, but the guy at the front desk said it was a mistake. He said we could stay another night in a more expensive room. For five years I have enjoyed staying at this hotel. But I will be staying somewhere else in the future.

Nice simple place to be and close to the center of the city. Manu restaurants and things to do nearby. Staff was nice amd rooms are cozy. My only complain is that the hair dryer was bad quality and turns itself off after a couple of minutes and the breakfast finishes way too early (9:30 a.m. on weekdays and 10:30 a.m. on weekends). Otherwise good price for what I got.

It is not any luxurious hotel but it has very spacious and clean rooms, the service is good and your stay will be pleasant.

Very good hotel. The employees are so helpful, respectful, place very clean. And they offer breakfast in the morning. I give five start to this hotel.

Our 1st floor room was fine except we had to take the elevator to get to it. Breakfast was good and handled well. We were traveling with friends who were made to feel uncomfortable on the hotel grounds which is inexcusable and will eliminate this hotel from consideration for future lodging needs.

This used to be the Country Inn & Suites. It is close to many places to eat and shop. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good, scrambled eggs, cereal, etc. Could have more selection of meat. Only one ice machine was working but it quit. Update: As of the day before checking out, six days later, the ice machines still were not working. The temperature of the eggs at breakfast were not consistent, some days they were cold.
