We came at 4 am and before we came they told us early check in is 20 dollars. Now after 12 hours bus drive they want to charge us 60 dollars because we came before 6 am! So we need to pay for another full night, even though we have been told to pay 20. They won’t be nice at the front desk and won’t help you. Better stay away from thieves.

Really bad place, the room had black mold all over the walls. The AC remote had lubricant on the buttons yes Lubricant!!!! It was disgusting, so it was clear the room wasn't clean, and then we had to kill 3 small cockroaches. We asked for another room and the other one the walls were painted with crayons and had blood on the walls. Just like if a kid had boogers and decided to clean them on the wall. It's a really disgusting place. Also we had the Booking insurance so we could cancel the room, you had to pay a little more for it but it is worth it like in this case. We asked for a refund for the other 5 nights remaining and management told us they were not giving us the refund, we showed them the insurance and told us that they do not give refunds so we had to talk to Booking directly and luckily we got our money back. But the manager did not give us the money it was Booking

What a surprise! Great prices. Perfect location for wanting to be by the waterfront and fish market! Fish market was closed on Monday. This w b our go to from now on.

The hotel is affordable but the rooms are very basic and quite old. + Confortable bed. Close to the metro station. Free parking in the permisses - Breackfast is very basic. The neighborhood is not interesting.

We were a group of 7 with 3 different rooms. When we arrived the first thing we noticed was that there is no working AC in the lobby or anywhere else in the common areas. We waited for abuot 40 minutes to check in the first room. The lady in the front desk was extremely slow and seems to me that she had no idea what she was doing. While I was waiting for the checking 4 different customers came to front desk to complain about their card keys not opening the rooms they were assigned. When I finally had my check in complete, guess what? my key didn’t work either. After my daugthers finally checked in, they were given a room that was occupied by a man. Can you imagine?? The last room reserved was assigned together with others 2 hours later. When I walked into my room the floor was dirty, there was big chunk of dust in the walls behind the beds and the bathroom has mold in the corners of the showers and in the sink. We stayed the night bcse we literally had nowhere else to go. I will never recommend or come back.

My family and I chose this hotel because it had good rewies but everything was horrible. We arrived the first day to check in and it was already 11 at night and we didn't have a room yet, I had many problems with room cards, some rooms were dirty and I was waiting a long time for a room when they finally give me my room together with my sister we open the door and guess what?? there was a MAN!!! I definitely do not recommend this hotel at all, we were tired and it seemed that they were not making an effort to help us.

I had a reservation on Booking.com and when I got to the hotel they told me they have no more rooms. Avoid at all costs, for these people a reservation means nothing!

I'm traveling since 10 months and this hotel have the worst service I have ever seen. Never again. Unfortunately I booked 2 nights. Go to another hotel. Marlen who checked us in is very unfriendly.

We made a 2 nights reservation, and the second night we were sent to a different hotel because they didn’t have water anymore. Everything inside is old and during the night -> we could hear a lot of weird noises. The area is not great, if you decide to stay there please don’t walk at night. A lot of areas are like that in Panama City. Uber is really cheap and safe. The price is decent and they were flexible to store our luggage while we went to San Blas islands.

The room size was decent and it was kept cleaned. The Hotel has a centric location so that was a plus. The staff lacks customer service. The Hotel elevator was not working during our stay. I requested to speak to the manager(Milagros), she refused to come down to the lobby to speak to me, told me if I wanted to speak to her I had to go up the stairs to see her in her office. I don't think the she understand that I am the customer not her, she has no type of customer service experience and obviously doesn't know how to keep customers from coming back.

Standard hotel but with a Nice view, central and close to transportation. The buffet breakfast was delicious and definitely a plus. Friendly staff who spoke English well.

Terrible ! We booked five nights and stayed four and asked reception if we could swap one night from 26th Jan for the 1st of Feb. The young man at reception said he'd phoned his boss and said it was fine , they would just alter it on the computer. When we returned on the 1st , the supposed manager, Amado Tremon was so rude and said he knows nothing about it. Therefore, we lost about $ 47 .

Never ever again. We waited 40minus for dring in Restaurant tragedy. Pizza was cold and probably prozen product. Now at 23:30 incredible noise from the arrival of some tour, when 40 people were dragging their suitcases up the stairs and shouting like crazy. Total failure of the hotel. I don't understand that we are here before midnight like at the station. There was no one to help those arriving with luggage. The elevator was working in the afternoon, so I don't know why the process is going up the stairs with the suitcases. Great hotel if you want to spoil your stay. I do not recommend.

First time in Panama City, it's a bit chaotic, lots of taxi' s everywhere. Beautiful city 🌆, I'd like to go back and explore more country side

This is not in the regular tourist district. It is all Spanish speaking but hey we stayed 2 nights while waiting on our flight out from Panama City. It is a basic room. Don't expect frills. But it does have room service! And the food was quite good. I think this was actually a "push" from what I understand.

We are a couple on our honeymoon. Yesterday the shower glass exploded after my wife tried to close it, cutting her hand, the door had no rubber bumpers or safety film. The hotel did not provide first aids, they only moved us to another room after insisting for 30 minutes and after having removed the glass shards and cleaned the wounds myself (with my own first aid kit). And that there will be no compensation or refund from management. The only thing I received were apologies. They do not have emergency protocols they aren't responsible for their negligence. I do not recommend staying on site as you don't know if you will be the next one to get hurt. Fortunately they were shallow injuries. Note: they called an ambulance 1 hour after the accident, they asked me to wait, I stayed awake until 1 am, they never arrived nor did they warn me that the ambulance would not come.

The hotel is good and comfortable, but the dining experience at breakfast is very lacking. Cold and stale food, not really clean (tables, place Nats, some plates). If there is an alternative to the breakfast offered, take it.

I stayed here for 10 days. I made 10 complaints about my room smelling like cigarettes. The smell came from chinease people that kept smoking in there bathroom and the smell would come into my bathroom. The supervisors never did anything about it & never made me a happy customer I had to deal with cigarettes smell. Yuck DO NOT COME HERE. spend a extra $20 a night and go somewhere they care about you. By the way you can't smoke here

Really like it, room was clean and in order, thick walls no random noises from other rooms, having boufet breakfast was nice. A great and inexpensive place to stay with your partner or as a tourist.

I scheduled airport pick-up and early check in and none of those happened. I had to wait almost one hour after the appointment having confirmed the prior night and nobody contacted to me, thanks that I had roaming I asked to them, they took 40 minutes to answer. and I knew I had to take a taxi by myself, we arrived there and simply nobody cared about it. then they told me there were no rooms available for early check in, and after flying overnight we only wanted some rest. finally we were not going to make our trip a mess and we just preferred go and meet the city and return by the check in time. all this experience and there was not a simple word by anyone at the hotel or the staff.

Clean, spacious, but simple, hospital decor. Great location close to the subway. Breakfast tasty but not fantastic. In the morning the restaurant was packed and it was difficult to find a seat. Pay attention to payments! The price given on the booking portals is understated. Additional taxes not mentioned before are added. Early check-in fee add even though it was only 15 minutes earlier than the official start time of check-in. The service speaks almost no English.

This is one of, if not the best value hotels in panama city. Nice rooms with a comfortable bed and clean, hot showers. Everything seems new, except for the air conditioning which only sometimes keeps the room cool, other nights it was rather toasty. Though we didn't eat at the restaurant, we did go for some drinks one night and they were only okay. Reception staff were really accommodating during check-in, though often seemed disinterested when approached at other times. Other than that, great hotel located close to public transport and lots of food options!

Minimal amenities. So so restaurant. Location not in a dangerous location, but run down building across street from hotel entrance. Helps to have some Spanglish. Room was clean and cool. Beds VERY comfortable. Perfect for Bohemians like us. If you want the Hyatt go downtown. We enjoyed our stay.

It was a pleasant stay. The place was clean, the people were friendly. Good covered parking spot. An the included breakfast was ok. All for a reasonable price.

Super rude staff. They charged me $15 to check in half an hour early despite the room being available. The staff at the front desk were rude the whole stay. Rooms are basic but represent poor value, better hotels around.
