We wont come back. The front desk staff was very rude...we came to reception at 14:15 and required about a early check in (check in is at 3pm), without checking our reservation or with housekeeping if our room was ready...the front desk lady slammed a display board in front of us that states check in is at 3pm. No smile, no explaining or trying to see what she can do...nothing. We asked if she could check with housekeeping if our room would be ready soon....we have two small children that was very tired and wanted to sleep....she just ignored us. We had to sit in the lobby with two children trying to keep them awake until we can check in...3pm she only started checking to see if we had a reservation etc.....so shocked and dissappointed by this service, We got to our room....the floor was so dirty, dust everywhere, no towels, This was suppost to be a clean room???! This was our last night in panama before leaving for the airport..... What a horrible experience!!!

I reserve from 05/26/31 to 0551/22, on 05/28/22 my girlfriend left her chronograph Bulova watch on the night table because we were on rush, after return the watch was not there, receptionist, supervisor and manager delay the time to report to the police until my time expired on 05/31/22 at 10:30, because their business, no like bad publicity, but they chose i will expend my time and media resources to do that, please do not stay at this hotel, if you do is under your responsibility.

This is my go to hotel in Panama City for the past 5 years .. for the first time I had an unpleasant experience with unexpected fees at check-in. The fees were about 50% of the nightly rate which I thought was excessive. Since I arrived late at night I did not want to go argue and risk losing the room. I book ahead of time with Chase Travel or Orbitz with no issues.

This is a well situated hotel close to the metro and restaurants. Staff are friendly and there is a nice Japanese restaurant right next door. I stayed there several times. Internet can be a little slow at times.

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times and even recommended it to friends and family. The cleaning staff does a wonderful job. The hotel is centrally, located and convenient for walking to restaurants. The front desk staff is extremely rude and unhelpful and unpleasant. I will never stay here again unfortunately, I really enjoyed staying here in the past.

This hotel was conveniently located within walking distance to the Metro station. It's a bit out of the way from Casco Viejo, which required metro transit or uber rides to get to and from. The hotel staff we're very friendly and helpful. There's a convenience store right beside the hotel which was great for buying a SIM card and snacks. We stayed four nights in which the restaurant was being renovated during our stay, but was ready on the last night we were there.

Normal hotel but I was disappointed by the lack of a water boiler, cups, tea or coffee in the room. The room was quite barren and the pool was "not functioning". No breakfast was offered. Stayed two nights, that was more than enough.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room I was in was very large with a separate bedroom and kitchen and a nice bathroom. The room has a desk area, but the internet doesn’t reach it. I had to work from the kitchen counter. There is a space for a refrigerator but no refrigerator available. The room was WARM. I had the AC on all night and never felt comfortable.

Everything about this hotel is great. But I couldn't believe they didn't have an ice machine. I spent $2 a day buying ice not to mention having to go next door to the store. Wi-fi was spotty so I couldn't use it on the 6th floor.

Located in a very active and accessible area. Many restaurants are near by as well as 24 hours stores. Metro, taxi and Uber always on offer without issue.

Excellent location, rooms are okay, nothing fancy or amazing but okay to sleep and wake up and enjoy the city.

The room overflowed with sewage from the toilet and sink, contaminating all my personal items that were in the bathroom and wetting one of my suitcases. They only change my room and they did not pay for my affected items. the manager never showed up. "0 customer service"

There is no entertainment on place, small pool (it looks like a jacuzzi), any phone call from the room has charges (even if they are local calls). It has a central location, breakfast not included

The location of the hotel is central,it is located right beside a 24/7 mini mart that serves an amazing breakfast. It is walking distance to restaurants, metro, bus, bars and chill spots.

Beautiful hotel that was excellent. We arrive early and did not have to ask to check in early. They just assistance in doing so.

One of my favorites in Panama city, very nice and well maintained hotel, everything close by, restaurants, shops, metro. The only suggestion: the level difference between road and entry to the parking lot is way too big for low cars

It’s a 3 star hotel so if you’re on a budget, go for it. What it’s got going for it, is the location. There is lots around, it’s a busy area with shops and restaurants. The room: the AC works great. The wifi however was terrible. The only place I could get a decent signal was by the door (I was on the 6th floor). Some of the furnishings are pretty old, you can see this in the bathroom. The shower didn’t have any hot water! The room was super clean though, I’ll give them that. The lady who checked me in was quite rude to me but haven’t interacted with any other staff. There is a mini mart right next door that’s open 24hr which is super handy if you need a bottle of water late at night. Given what I’ve stated above, I don’t think I’d stay here again.

Had a junior suite, excellent, exceeded my expectations. They have 24x7 room service from a convenience store too. The breakfast I ordered from the store next door was amazing and delivered to my room. (not included as they don't have a restaurant of their own)

I stayed for 6 days and 5 nights with my daughter and got the Queen room at a reasonable price. My stay was amazing despite it not being an all inclusive hotel, there’s a 24hr mini mart next door and and restaurant next to the lobby, kfc and Mc.Donald’s are like 5-8mins walk away. My room was cleaned EVERYDAY,staff barely spoke English but they were kind and great💕. This is officially my home away from home 🇯🇲, can’t wait to come back.

In-room furniture was severely broken. Amenities were sparce; no coffee pot, no 'do not disturb placard. The blinking, bright lights of the air conditioner and something else face the bed, making for uneasy sleep.

Good place, good prices, pool very small but because of the COVID is good, rooms are big and the bathrooms clean, the location is nice for a night walking, it doesn’t have restaurant just a small market next to the hotel, but you can find very good restaurants around neighborhood

Good and clean hotel. It is located in a zone closer to almost everything you need. I liked that it is walkable and I could find different types of foods and restaurants. There is not breakfast offered by the hotel but, there is a store beside of the hotel which offers small breakfast for a good price and room service. Also, there are many others choices around if you wish. It is not a luxury hotel but, you have all the basic stuff you need. The bed in good condition and clean, hot water, and good air conditioner.

The first time we booked here, we used AAA travel service and there was some sort of disconnect. When we got there, they couldn’t find our reservation and they were pretty full, so they put us in a suite for the first night at no extra charge. I recommend you use Booking. We did that this time and there were no issues. This hotel is in one of the best areas in the city for singles, couples and families. There are a lot of great restaurants and bars within walking distance. Two big grocery stores and laundromats are also close. The parking structure always has spots available, but the spots are very narrow so please be cautious with other people’s vehicles. The building is showing its age just a bit, but they do a great job maintaining the place. The air conditioners keep you comfortable and the staff do a great job cleaning your room, so tip them well. The beds and the pillows are comfortable. The WiFi signal is great and the TVs in the regular rooms is decent size. Channel selection isn’t spectacular but they had the Chiefs game on, so I can’t complain. Our room had one queen bed and we paid $275 for 5 nights. If you’re from the US, I don’t see how you can go wrong with that. My folks have also stayed here many times and have never had a bad experience. We will continue staying at this hotel on our Panama trips. It feels like our home away from home.

150 dólar for a doble, continental breakfast included. Te breakfast is 2 egs scrambled or fried with 2 pieces of toast that's it. The price you think is 150 for a double no no it's a hundred more taxes they say. Stay away from this tamp it's Amerikan Owned but not managed.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the mini suites. Roomy, comfortable, and clean. And the cost was well below what I expected to pay.

Nice, modern hotel No breakfast option and the staff was like they didn't want to work there, which was a sad view...

Stayed here June 12-15, it was a perfect hotel for the price, great location near the subway, restaurants like El Trapiche, and convenient market next door. Was disappointed that the room didn't have a fridge or free laundry services, but the overall cleanliness and very friendly staff (who thankfully spoke English) made up for it. The neighborhood was safe, I went out late at night a couple times and nothing seemed "off"

Enjoyed my stay here. Night desk personnel much more helpful and friendlier than day time desk personnel. Never noticed how convenient ice machines are in hotel. This hotel doesn't have one.

We were pleasantly surprised when we walked into the room and saw that it was actually a suite. The cost was beyond reasonable, and the location was right in the middle of the city.
