This Hotel honestly feels like a scam, it's supposed to be a 4 star hotel and even a motel offers better quality. The rooms are dirty, have hairs, sticky stains, windows so dirty you couldn't even see through, very thin doors from where you can hear people taking the elevator and going in and out of the rooms at night, even the shower water is always cold and not even the WiFi worked in the room I was staying in, unfortunate they didn't let me cancel because I regretfully stayed the night after arriving late and being tired I didn't feel like complaining, big mistake. Next day, they gave me another room with slightly better internet connection but it was as dirty and run down as my first room, this is definitely by far the worst 4 star hotel I've stayed at ever. I have never seen anything like it, not in all my travels around the world, I understand it's cheap but even for Panama standards this is not worth anyone's money. Please don't come here! will definitely never come back.

The hotel has a lot of potential, the price/value is splendid. I went for a day pass and the front desk was super helpful explaining everything, offering drinks and indicating the pool bar functioning. The room was very cozy, the bathroom has hot water. The big deal is the pool area, is so nice, the day was very sunny and the pool bartender attentive. Excellent service overall.

We checked out after 10 minutes. I’ve never seen an hotel room in this category being dirty like this. Lots of different hair in the bed, shower and window. Table was not cleaned up so I could still see what the last guest was drinking. The carpet has not seen an cleaning for a long time. (....We got told the room was clean and checked from the housekeeping)

This hotel has a good infrastructure. Nice beds, comfortable rooms with good bathrooms. They also have a rooftop pool with a beautiful view of the city. However, they lack maintenance. The hotel is kind of dirty, with many broken facilities. The breakfast is also not that good. With a good maintenance, they would be a great choice!

Reception staff was incredibly dismissive and rude. The room looked like it was falling apart, the restaurant was never open and the rooftop pool was underwhelming. I have an autoimmune condition that affects my spine so I need extra pillows to elevate my knees. Not a huge thing to ask for at a hotel, or so I thought. The front desk just said "it's not possible. We just can't." After negotiation, bordeing on an argument, they gave me ONE. One. I have never stayed st a hotel where asking for extra pillows was an argument. The wifi never worked properly and no one bothered to help us out beyond "just sit in the lobby." I also nearly broke my toe twice on a step no one bothered to mark. I slept terribly. Got nothing accomplished. And my pain levels were not manageable at times. I over paid for the bad experience. This hotel was the worst part of my trip. DO NOT STAY HERE. ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE DEALING WITH A DISABILITY. THEY WILL NOT ACCOMMODATE YOU AT ALL AND YOU WILL BE EXHAUSTED STRESSED OUT FROM DEALING WITH THEIR FRONT DESK.

The hotel looks nice coming in but the room was filthy. Carpets were dirty and the pillow I slept on had red stains in two different places. Breakfast buffet was nothing special. Would not recommended this hotel.

I loved the city view from my room. The only downside was that the elevator from the parking lot was out of service. So I had to take the stairs to reach the lobby, then the elevator to my room.

The staff is very kind but they are not trainned to attend properly the clients as a professional. They dont use proper uniform, and the equipment for reservation was not good (small printer and you have to write in a paper your card number). The room was fine but the windows are so dirty that you dont want to see nothing outside. Also the internet stop working, it was no explanation in nowhere about how to use the phone or call reception, and the toilet got stuck so it couldnt be used. The only real good thing is the location near to the cinta costera and the train station.

The view from the roof is very nice, Pool is nice, their is no restaurant or Bar but they do sell beer.

I had a great time here. The hotel has a lovely pool and great rooms. The hotel is in a great location to get around the city. If you are looking to use the metro you will be two blocks away. The breakfast is a bit boring but included, American breakfast - eggs (any style), toast, juice, coffee (any style), breakfast meat (sausage, bacon, ham, and fruit. The staff was very helpful with accommodations and getting us what we need. You are able to walk to the boardwalk/ Panama sign from here. The only things that I thought that could be improved with the hotel are: 1 extra trash can in the room, update the address so it has the building number with the street name, and to drain the sink was very confusing.

Did a day pass for $22 BIG Mistakeeee…Pool was filthy and the paint was chipping off.They refused to give a refund. DO NOT GO HERE

Terrible experience. Rooms were dirty and bug infested. They had to switch my space 3 times. I appreciate the effort of the clerk; however, the hotel alone was just awful. 1st room had blood stains on sheets. 2nd room had bugs. 3rd room smelled like cigarettes, but that was my best option for such a late night.

This place is on one of the safest locations and near of the casco antiguo

The hotel described as one with pool and restaurant. Its both were closed. In check we been told there is bar. It was also closed.

Neat pool. Sink leaked. Moved rooms- shower had holes in the wall. Service was okay. Most people did not speak English, making it hard to understand. The decor seems new. So I think they just didn't take time to get everything completely right. Otherwise an upscale hotel with a great location.

Avoid this place . They will do everything in their power to charge everything extra while being very rude about it. Taking cash and gave me old receipt for service. Pure law breaking. Other major reason is that nothing is well maintained. All the guests complain about the smell in the hall AND the room

**Swimming pool on top of the building has a nice bar and beautiful view good music. ** terrible breakfast same breakfast everyday one sandwich and scrambled eggs. ** The building says no smoking but people smoke heavy cigars and smoke in the hallways also there's parties late at night unsupervised too much noise. **Elevators are very dirty not clean no one cleans the elevators no ventilation. ** only one trash can small in the bathroom needs another trash can in the main bedroom desk area. ** overall staff and workers are very nice and will help you with anything you need.

The staff was super nice. We were trying to find a lesser price hotel room so we were checking it out. The desk agent was so kind and took us to 2 rooms and showed us the pool and gym. We did not end up staying here as I felt the rooms were a little to dark and small for our needs. But the view from the pool was one of the best city views. There are lots of small stores and local places to eat in the area.

The bar closed too early and the social area too but the rooms are cozy for a good price. Nice view from the rooftop as well

This hotel is… odd. Starting with the obvious: staff were pleasant enough and helped with everything we needed, the room felt sufficient for the price (not overly fancy, limited towels and cleaning was middling, with particularly dirty windows), location was nice (directly across from the Cinta Costera). The pool felt incredibly run down and the infinity part wasn’t working, but it’s a very cool view. The biggest point with this hotel is that we couldn’t figure out what was going on. The entire time we were there we did not see another person enter with luggage and very few people in general. There was no one other than us on the room floors, seen or heard. The hotel isn’t fancy but it seemed odd that we would be the ONLY ones staying there. The creepiness factor really dominated everything else for me. The only mediating factor was the adorable pregant cat who could make her way in and out.
