Unfortunately I can only give 3 points because no guest apply to current Panama health regulations, alomat nobody waers masks inside the hotel, on the floors, in the elevators, at the reception, at rhe bufdet and the staff does NOT enforce it and tell. The guest to behabe accordingly... Very sad... Otherwise In would have given 5 points!! It's a great hotel with very good prices! The staff is very attentive and helpful! Above all the food is great. I never ate a better burger or shrimp risotto in my entire life...... The breakfast has everything you wish for.... The fresh made omlettes are amazing..... We come back again for sure

Was a good place to stay. Walking distance to many restaurants. 10-15 min drive from Old Panamá ruins, from Casco Viejo, and from many of the markets. Breakfast is $16 if you don’t tell them you want it at check in, if you tell them then it’s $9 apparently. Pool was nice and had a good view of the city. Restaurant and bar were clean and well staffed.

They let us have an early check in. Breakfast was included - good variety every day. We checked out at 1pm and they held our luggage for a couple of hours (free of charge), until it was time to go to the airport. Very friendly staff. Great location, safe neighborhood and good places for food nearby the hotel. Stayed for 5 nights. Would stay here again in the future.

Nice location and good price. Breakfast is buffet although not a lot of options, still good. The rooms are confortable and they have an information desk in the lobby to help with taxis and other things

Very nice, well kept establishment with courteous and professional staff ready to serve you. Rooms are large, beds comfortable, bathrooms clean and the views impeccable. The amenities aren't the greatest compared to other Holiday Inns but the location is central and there's much to do within walking distance, or a short uber will get you where you want to go inexpensively.

Great service and very good daily housekeeping. The rooms are a bit showing their age and location is not ideal to anything. Not much in close walking distance but it’s not too far from anything with an affordable Uber.

It’s a great hotel if your on a budget for Panama but by no means is it outstanding like a Marriott. The rooms were dirty inside the cabinets when we got there and were not cleaned when I went on a 8 day trip with my friends here! Also the food was pretty gross if you got there late so unless your planning of getting there when the food is first served your going to stick with the cold gross eggs. Also the gym and pool hours are absurd so not really ideal. But overall best budget hotel I guess.

Nice hotel. The food was good, but the service is another story. If you're coming to Panama for either business or pleasure then please boycott them completely and go to the Raddisson Hotel. Over there they will treat you very much like a King or Queen.

Just spent 2 days at this lovely hotel everything was excellent from the room, amenities, food. The exceptional part is the staff Viviam,Gerardo, Gustavo at the front desk, And my bartender server Daniel. All were very personable and friendly. Thanks for the comfortable stay

The ONLY reason I am giving a 4 star to the rooms is because the showers do not get warm. Otherwise, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the food and drinks are wonderful as well! Lots of things to check out in the area as well.

This place is definitely showing its age a bit. The rooms are due for a revamp. But breakfast is quite good. Way better than the versions you get in the US. I would 100% consider this an excellent value. I would also just pay more too. But if you’re on a budget or have points then go for it.

Amenities are what you'd expect at a Holliday Inn. I've stayed at many and this is fairly typical. Parking was free which is a huge plus in a city environment. Service was great, especially the breakfast crew, they were very professional. Pool is small but good for kids or relaxing. Location is good, it was my first time in Panama and I didn't know what to expect. The area felt safe and we walked to numerous restaurants and shops from the hotel. It's a good base from which to enjoy the many attractions in the Panama City area

Very good service for a holiday inn. Very spacious room. Nice view. Good cleaning. Everything very good. Perhaps a suggestion to improve is to offer bananas with pancakes at breakfast 🥞 ❤️ Overall, great experience in Panama City 🌃

We had excellent experience staying 7 nights at this Holiday Inn in Panama City. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet at night for sleeping. The breakfast buffet had sufficient choices and the food quality was good. The hotel even provided us with a fridge as extra so we could keep our food items. I would definitely come back again given the opportunity. Thanks!

Great location in the heart of Panama. Staff is very nice and professional. The buffet is amazing for the extra $10 in the mornings. Very easy to get extra nights. Rooms are super nice and clean. Highly recommended!

Hosted a 50-person conference, and the hotel staff was impeccable in their communication leading up to the event. Then, when we arrived, they were "all hands on deck" to make sure we had everything we needed. All rooms were in great condition, all guest details were handled smoothly. Food at meals and coffee breaks were very good, and it was excellent to not have to think about those details at all. Good tech (visual and audio) in all of our meeting spaces. Will definitely use this hotel again in the future.

The facilities and the quality of service provided have improve significantly since they change from being a HIExpress. Very nice for business travels!!! 👍

This hotel is in a good location and is always clean. The guys at the front desk are always very polite and helpful.

Great Place and the gentlemen working the front desk looking out the way to always make sure that things were taken care of. Who are the essentially located if you're here for a tourist stuff. A quick Uber ride to everywhere. Uber will take three people. Taxi from the airport was $20 negotiated from $40. An Uber would have been $6.

Had a great stay. Rooms were modern and clean. Beds were extremely comfortable and staff members Enock (hope I'm spelling it correctly) went above and beyond to accomodate.
