Terrible hotel. The online pictures show a simple yet clean room. I was shown 2 different rooms and the furniture was run down, beds were stained and with hairs, walls had humidity stains and the smell was stale. They offer free shuttle to and from the Airport but, when I arrived to Tocumen, the staff of the transportation company that provides the shuttle service told me that they were not working with this hotel anymore and had to pay for a taxi to the hotel. I asked for my money back and was told that I'd have to speak to the supervisor, who was not present and allegedly would not arrive until "later" in the day. Since I was on Panama for only a day, I did not have time to return to demand my money back or go to the police or any other authority. AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS.

Bring towels . Soaps and anything else you need. Pillows are garbage and the photos on the website are from 1 room . The rest are garbage . Furniture rotting . Closets dont close properly . And the walls have scrapes and cuts all over them .. garbage on the floors. Wouldn't reccomend. We arrived opened the door then left . They can keep the 35$ for the night . Pathetic .

I was expecting a better room for those $35 The AC could not be modified, so I had to adapt Lol Front desk people were nice, although wrong info about their shuttle service to the airport was given Definitely won't use it again

No fridge or coffee maker. Otherwise comfortable.

Shadiest hotel I've stayed in, but ultimately safe and clean. I picked the place for its airport shuttles, but the times are not the choice times. You can be in the lobby at 4:30am for a 7 am arrival or 7:30am for a 9:00am arrival. The trip can take 30 by cab minutes in good traffic for $30. Smelled like cigarettes. There was a blood stain on the bed sheet and the bed was on wheels so it creaked and moved around a lot. Noisy location with a lot of traffic. That being said, I had no bites or anything like that, the shower was hot, and the internet was fine. A homeless person hassled me as soon as I got there. I apparently dropped $2 in change. He kept pestering me, asking me for $5 to return my $2 in change.

No expensive and with 2 additional dollars includes a bus to go to airport.

Unbeatable location, good hotel rate, but no Wi-Fi in rooms except for lobby

Not bad, but could be better !! Maybe it's my particular opinion ..

No hot water. Electricity had a card lock on it. When you left the room and took your key card with you the electricity went out. No ice. Mediocre breakfast.

I’ve stayed twice for work. The first time the room was dirty, the air conditioning didn’t work, there were cigarette burns, and the windows didn’t close. The second time the room was clean, perhaps because it was a longer stay. Both times however, the woman at the front desk had a bad attitude, did the bare minimum, and appeared to relish disappointing clientele. Would not stay there of my own accord.
