Four islands connected by a road built at the same time as the Panama Canal, you can either walk, jog, bike and enjoy the view at the canal entrance or turn around and will see on of the most beutiful views of Panama City, they have good food, music and you will have a great time, also you can enter el Museo de la Biodiversidad for free, take the city bus from Albroom terminal only 25 cents per person!

This place is a paradise on earth, and is in fact a piece of treasure that brings together a perfect combination of nature and manmade creativity. It has so many beautiful sights and sounds. Here is where you find nature relating and cooperating so beautifully with human arts and crafts. In this place, the mountains so carefully surrounded by a level ground that gradually steeped into the waters of the Pacific Ocean which lies on the West end of Panama. This place provides you with a perfect view that allows you to monitor what happens both on the right and left of this piece of level ground especially the waters. From this place you can see ships crossing from the Atlantic Ocean through the Panama canal in the east into the waters of the Pacific Ocean in the west through the Panama canal in Miraflores. This is so beautiful. Aside from the above, the park also has attractively constructed side walks near the waters where people can do little road walks and jogging. This place runs a rental of different types of bicycles one tyre, two tyres three tyres four tyres etc. People can rent these cycles and ride on these beautiful sidewalks while taking a good dose of the fresh breeze from the waters as well as beautiful tanning of the skin. It harbours a mini sea port, with a well cordoned estuary that harbours where people park their speed boats of different types and shapes. On the opposite side of these is a new sea port that under construction by a Chinese company. Further down is an area that hosts a mini gift market where different souvenirs are sold at amazingly good prizes and free of tax. Yet further outward is a little park where children play around under the eagle eyed watch of their parents and care givers. This side also harbours the naval base at which entrance is a simple description that summarises the whole area. It simply read "La Vida Belle" meaning "Life is beautiful. This side also provides another view of the sea waters but this time with a perfect view of the Panama City skyline revealing all the contours and shapes given to it by the skyscrapers in Cinta Costera and Costa Del Este. This section provides a view of the fishermen doing their bit. Here you can also see another parking lot surrounded by restaurants where one can grab bites and drinks. Beautiful park. Wonderful views. Lots of different things to do and see. Well taken care of. Clean. Wildlife is abundant. Wide variety of birds to see. Not overcrowded at all. Overall very nice day to spend in nature.

This is a relatively new park that is well maintained. It tends to be very busy on the weekends in the afternoon. It is a beautiful spot to bring your kids!
