Everything you need just like Costco in the US or sam's club

They forget how to treat the members once you've been a member for years. If you are new, or if it's time to renew, they offer somewhat of a good service. If it wasn't for the prices..caise the customer care is horrendous

Click-and-Go has completely revolutionized the PriceSmart shopping experience. There aren't anymore lines. I don't end up with a bunch of extra stuff that wasn't on my list. They have improved the system greatly since they started it. I made an order and was able to pick it up the same day, two hours later. It is convenient and easy.

Just like the other Pricesmart in the city. It is a big place with lots of things. Parking place here, even though they are always available, feels like hell to maneuver around, because people in car stops just to see if some guy is leaving with their car, and blocking the entire traffic.

Almost as good as parent company cosco. Reliable quality and price but not reliable inventory.

Get there early and credit card ready. Prices were jack up, a jump of almost 2 dollars plus, some items are cheaper in regular supermarkets

For bulk buy at good prices. Good if you need to purchase large amounts of anything. From washing powder to baby nappy to fruit and veg etc. They also have office and household furniture and appliances. Good prices. But spare parts and guarantee could be a problem. We bought a pressure washer from there. Great but only lasted 2 uses and parts fell apart and could not get replacement. Not so good. Overall, still a good store even with the problem we have encountered. * * * * * * * * * * Updated March, 2022* we did manage to find spare part from other local store and were able to solve our problem even though it was not solved by Pricesmart. I also experienced another incident, I bought a top from Pricesmart in Dorado but left it in the cart. I went back the following afternoon and they actually kept it for me. Very happy with their service. Thanks.

Good prices, good selection of products. Similar to Costco in USA, required membership fee, but you don't have to buy much to recoup the fee.

No full cases for liquor to buy

Bad services, parking is always busy and uncomfortable on rainy day.

Always great products and good prices, they are now expanding for our convenience. They have a pharmacy now again
