Not a bad place to get most of your everyday needed things. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I needed some seasonings to bring back with me to Jamaica. This was centrally located (right in the Multiplaza mall) and it had a wide variety of seasonings and the prices are great !

Best supermarket on the city, a lot of different products, good products of own brand Ribasmith. Prices are not too high, but not so lower too. The points program is good, but the app it's not.

The supermarket was located near our hotel, The residence at Marriott. It was nice to be able to locate some things that we needed while on our trip.

As an "extranjero", I felt I was not treated the same as the locals during a recent visit. I stood at the bakery counter and watched as all the other customers were attended to, even those who arrived after me. Finally, one of the ladies "reluctantly" came over. I have not returned to that counter since. I can get even better quality and variety at Rey, where the service has been the same for everyone. Something for Riba to address as the store is popular with foreigners (from everywhere).

Convenient doing groceries after shopping in the mall. The veggies are fresh and there sngood options for meats

Nice store with everything you need for groceries and miscellaneous items. However extremely long lines. Of 25 possible lines only 5 were open with at least 12 people in each line at a time. The female cashiers did not smile or greet customers pleasantly. The male workers, especially Edwin and Sweenen were very courteous and helpful. I gave 4 stars just because of poor customer service from cashiers and the receptionist

My wife and I enjoy doing our grocery shopping at this Riba Smith outlet. Like all the other outlets they have lots of variety. Ample parking and easy pick up and drop off. Service is very good like all Riba Smiths! Highly Recommended!

Just like any good supermarket with a array of exotic and local foods to select from. Recommend their pistachio or pipa coco ice cream in a cup next to payment aisle.

The weirdest encounter, I walked in today @ around 3:30pm to buy a drink. I was wearing a double lined gaiter mask. The security guard ran to me and asked me rudely to put on a mask. I was 100% confused, cause I was wearing a mask and it was on correctly. I told him, that I had a mask on. He again aggressively told me to put on a mask. I told him it's on my face. Again he continued. At this point no sense in arguing or worth the hassle, so I left. Never again. The anger and intensity in this guy's eyes. Wow!! Ticking time bomb!! Takes his supermarket job way to serious.

They have their own brand of some lines like meat, dairy, ice cream, bread, etc. In most cases, R-S do not offer alternative local brands to these products.
