Website states this location is open until 9:00pm... arrived at 8:20pm and it was already closed... wasted $6 on Uber

Go to the airport to get your Covid test. It’s cheaper and reliable. I took my test at Minimed clinic in Via España at 8:50am and never, never received my results that were supposed to be available between 8–12 hours. I am here at the airport and results are available in 25 minutes. Just get here a little early…

Never received the test for my son prior or after our flight out of Panama. I contacted them via WhatsApp and never got a reply. The day of the trip I called them and they stated they’d send me the results within 15 minutes, but it never happened. Thankfully I had a back up plan and was able to still leave the country. If you’re going to be depended on them for your test prior to traveling, I’d go somewhere else! Not very reliable place as I’ve heard from others with similar experience which is why I’m leaving this feedback, so don’t be ripped of by them! The attached is the proof they never responded the day of the exam nor the following morning!!

We have been waiting since 2 pm for the delivery service for a PCR test and it’s now 9.40pm and nobody has arrived. Very unprofessional!!!

4 people in our party of 6 did not get the covid-19 test results needed to return to the USA. For two people they apparently typed our email addresses wrong (which is how they send the results). We double checked with them before leaving the clinic and they falsely confirmed they had it right. For our 3rd and 4th persons they gave them someone else's forms when they left. The forms contains numbers only, no name (presumably for ananimity) so you don't know you have the wrong form by looking at it. It contains the link to the results in case they don't get your email right. (So now we know some guy named Edwardo doesn't have covid). In the end it took multiple calls and emails followed by a cab ride back to the clinic to straighten things out 90 minutes before we had to leave for the airport. GO ELSEWHERE SAVE A BUNCH OF FRUSTRATION.

No good service for 70 dollar. I did not get my pcr result within 12 hours like advertised. In the middle of the night I am still waiting, I depend on it for travelling. Now more stress and I need to take another expensive one otherwise I have no flight. For other travelers I recommend to go somewhere else!

I went yesterday with my friend who was a walk-in appointment. Greeted by very nice and helpful receptionists. She had a short wait for the doctor. The Doctor was well knowledgeable and patient to her concerns. Recommended treatment and ordered X-rays. We are to go back today to review with Doctor the results.

worst experience of my life, probably the worst doctors ive seen

We had to take a pcr test to fly back home, but they put the wrong time on the result sheet. We called, wrote emails and WhatsApp messages, but they never replied- even though we mentioned that it was very urgent. In the end, we had to take an express pcr test with another provider at additional 280 USD. Bad experience!

Used them twice for covid tests - one antigen and one PCR. They were fast, efficient and timely with the results. The easy to use online results saved a trip back to pick them up. Credit cards or cash accepted, extended hours too. Prices are online so easy to lookup the cost too. I recommend MiniMed anywhere in Panama City!

Excelent place, super clean, very professional personnel, nice and easy, excelent customer service. They told me 24 hours for the traveller coronavirus PCR test, but i get the result at 8 hours. Also they reduced the price from 75USD to 55USD after showing my flight itinerary. JUST AMAZING!

I made an apointment for a home service Covid test, that I had to pay in advance. No one ever showed up and i'm still waiting my refund. They don't answer when called, you wait long time to have an answer on whatsapp

I did a PCR test on 9:30am, they told me I will have the result in 12 hours, no matter what. At 10:30 pm, still no result and no one answer phone, WhatsApp since all off work already. Horrible, simply horrible. Luckily I don’t depend on this to travel. Please stop doing Covid test if you can’t even comply the time schedule.

I had a great experience. I came at 3pm on a Monday and it wasn't many people waiting. It's a very clean clinic. The service was great. I did a PCR saliva test for $69 and had a consult. The consultation room was freezing cold. It was a lot of waiting but the AC was great and there was free WIFI. When they got going, it went fast. Most important, it's accessible from the Via Argentina metro. I will definitely be back. Yo tuve una experiencia muy agradable con servicio bueno. Me atendieron rápido para una prueba de PCR y una consulta. Fue mucho tiempo esperando cuando la otra gente vinieron pero en total, me cae bien y yo volverás cuando es necesario.
