Was in Panama City for a few days, went here for a quick workout, it's the perfect gym, great facility.. $3 for a workout is a terrific price, instead of $15 to $20 in the States. If your staying over by the Marriott, you must cross the street using the bridge then go to the parking garage to the gym. Not open Sundays.
