I was in Panamá City for only one night. I came to check the gym out and was told it only opens at 4p so I wouldn’t be able to work out there in the AM before my flight out. As i was waiting on an Uber and trying to find alternative gyms, Alberto (the owner) stopped to talk to me. As he found out my situation, he offered to meet me at the gym at 6a and open it for me so I could get a workout in 💜 There are some people in the world that remind me of the goodness and generosity of humans - Alberto was one of them for me. This is a good place, simple unpretentious, gritty, kind with great humans and great music. The vibe here is a great one. Come visit ✨💪🏽🌈
