I visited this gym for my first visit to Panamá. My overall experience was good. However, you must take into account the time! If you go very early in the mornings, It will be packed. And if you go late at night it will be packed, as well. Customer service was fast, and efficient. The only thing I did not like so much was the space, and water. ( They do not have filter water) They use regular tap water 🌊💦

Local law sais there is no product or service in this nation that you can't pay in cash for. Yet these people ignore that and make their own policies limiting and thereby filtering they think their clientele by "only" accepting membership through a credit card. Unacceptable.

Joined for a month and no regrets. There are peak times to avoid but great gym with all new equipment.

Best gym in Panamá and across Latin America. I had personal training sessions every day and they were excellent. I leart so much about training during my time there, despite my lack of spoken Spanish. I recommend this gym to anyone

Overall it's a good gym. What I like: Very friendly and welcoming staff Large gym, lots of different equipment (all though missing some) It's a good price Good location What I don't like: It gets extremely busy so even though it's a big gym it does feel cramped. They only have a few benches that actually incline! This is so annoying, just get benches that all incline otherwise we're all waiting for just 2 benches, very frustrating. Too many smith machines not enough standard racks. Why so many smith machines? They're annoying and restrict your movement. 3 Smith machines to just 1 squat rack for the whole gym is ridiculous. Need heavier dumbbells. They only go to 36kgs. I'm not even strong and I can row this. Some heavier dumbells would be great. Big studio that's mostly empty when I'm there. You could cut that in half and give us more room to do deadlifts / free weights or even add another rack to use. Overall despite the negatives I do like the gym and make do but it's definitely not perfect. The price makes it worth it, however, that's probably the reason it's so busy.
