I speak no Spanish and did a drop in. The instructor (who might be the owner) was this young and energetic Panamanian woman who would give instructions in both Spanish and I’m English just for me and my girlfriend. She is the perfect instructor as she exudes warm energy that makes you smile. She also helped fix small problems I had with my form as I’m new to CrossFit. If I lived in Panama City this would be my home gym for sure as I just left feeling happier by being around the people in that gym, mainly the instructor.
