Box was easy to find and parking was available. Coaches greeted us as soon as we walked in to make us feel welcome. Was a bit small but that brought a very intimate community feel to the establishment which we loved and what makes crossfit special. Coaching was very detailed and more than one coach helping with the class. Athletes were very friendly and would highly recommend visiting this box when in Panama City

Wonderful crossfit box! Lovely people, trainer was very helpful and the fee is reasonable! Surly I will go there again!

Big and expanding up and coming crossfit box, implementing personslized programing, Raphy and Mary the owners and head coach are very friendly, knowledgeable and understanding of their clients. Great comunity of fitness

The gym is very complete, but above all it has professionals with high capabilities for your physical and sports growth, including physiotherapy, rehabilitation and massages. I recommend it!!!!
