Very nice facility and sorrounding. We saw a wild sloth! The Reserve is well organized, clean and has friendly staff. We found the entrance fee a bit expensive ($120 for 2 Pers.) and there are no taxis or uber infront of the reserot meaning taxis have to be organized be the hotel reception & are expensive too. The tower and the gondola were worth it!

Amazing, once in a lifetime experience from the aerial tram, observation tower, to the sloths and other wildlife on the ground and in the air! We saw monkeys in the trees, wild orchids growing in the rainforest, and much more. I didn't stay in the hotel (which looked so beautiful inside!) but visited the remainder of the reserve. Transportation was arranged by my cruise line with a tour guide who was amazing and very informative.
