I bought yoga mat at this place. Before I went I’ve checked via WhatsApp for confirmation whether the product is ready or not for pickup service. And they was so kind. Anyway I went and purchased many times this place since I lived in Panama. It’s quite good and comfortable for shopping.

A store with everything you need for your home but furniture's

A easy place to shop for a general store and tools with limited materials in the center of the city. Good prices here and best of all free popcorn by the door!

Ok variety of homeware products. The service very slow though, especially upstairs in the tool section. Waited over 20 minutes to still not be seen to..left and went the Do-It center in Multiplaza instead. Novey in Costa del Este is much better, go there if you can.

Good prices and a larger selection of items than some other home stores. It would be helpful if more items had price tags, or if they had bar code scanners around the store for checking prices.

It has lots of options where to choose from, the staff is really helpful and welcoming.

Went looking for a brita jug but they only had cartridges. They say no idea when they will come.

Novey is the place to go get hardware and appliances for a fair price

Great customer service, they have a lot of household items you can buy here as well as gardening, and you can even book a kitchen makeover crew.

Service is hit and miss. Items not always in stock

They havent got everything but they've got stuff you didn't know you wanted or needed. You'll never just walk out with that one that thing you came for. It's big, it's roomy, it's friendly. Is it better than Do it Centre? No, but what it is, is that it's an alternative.

Pretty much everything you need for your DIY needs. Always lots of special offers and also you can buy construction materials and have wood cut to size etc. This service you have to purchase in store and then out the back in the delivery yard they will give ou materials or cut to size etc. Just try and take your own measurements and keep in mind they will not be too exact..

It was s great place. didn't need to speak Spanish just went up and payed the price on the readout.

Ok place. I like do it center or discovery center better. Hard to buy what you need when it's not in stock. That seems to happen often. Service is lack-luster. My 3rd or 4th choice unless it's closest and I'm in a hurry.

Lack of clerks to help you with any inquiries one has. Its like they are hidding. The energy in the store is creepy.

It's got kind of everything...but what's most important is that it's a healthy alternative to just having Do-It-Centre to go to!

Novey is a great store to shop for all kinds of housewares, tools, and Home repairs. My only problem was going to checkout and customer service 3 times to get delivery scheduled.

You can't get things like a torque wrench there or a socket set. They should have it but it's empty. It's typically Panamanian. You have to drive around to find what you need.

My favorite in Pty. Though the prices are a bit higher than the others, it is neat, well-organized so i find everything easily here. Also for pets they have variety of products, and good quality. Satisfying.
