This hotel is no longer what it used to be. I can compare because I visit this hotel 3 times per year and my last visit was so disappointed! we enter to the room looks nice but smells like not been used in a while, so all my family was with allergies during the night. We stay 2 nights and not toilet paper, soap or either shampoo. we ask for more and they provided. Beds can be better. Attention at the beach club is very nice. they said that was not necessary to do a reservation because they have enough rooms available, it was true but... at the check out, they charge more of agreed on the phone, so is better to have your written reservation to confirm your tariff. :-(

So I used to stay here exclusively, and really enjoyed my stays. However, the last time I was there will be the last time I step foot on the property or do business with them again. After staying for the week, we had checked out, went into town, then decided to return for dinner to say goodbye to the "nice" staff. We were seated for dinner, ordered our food, then, they asked to leave! Yes, made us get up and go after ordering food, and drinks! Unbelievable and to this day I still cant come to any conclusion, really, I could care less because I will never go back, or join the club, or be any part of this place. There are literally dozens of other places that are more inviting and welcoming. Highly recommend avoiding this place for anything more than golf on the brown grass!

Place very nice and cozy. Personnel very helpful and pleasant. Rooms...small issues, it is to dark, only light 3 lamps, if you go with senior persons very difficult for them to move around the room. Shower had a plumbing problems and also dark. a large mirror is need. Handicap facilities are not available to get to the rooms only in hotel entrance.

I played a tennis tournament there. There were food/drink carts stationed next to the courts and a full bar nearby. Management stopped by frequently to make sure everything was ok. The competition was well organized. It was a fun time. I will return for subsequent events.

Great staff a cut above

Great value, excelent service, yummy food, tasty drinks, wonderful Panamanian golf course designed by Tom Fazio. Great layout and lush surroundings.

Horrible, filled with cockroaches, nasty food and rude staff, for the money you're better off anywhere else... also I got a large charge to my card after visiting, AVOID at all cost don't get your credit card skimmed.

Great Hotel And an amazing beach

We are living in a house on the estate and the area is very well kept. The gardners are working 7 days a week, and they maintain the green.

We did not stay in the hotel. We were in a villa within the complex and stayed for a month in February. We had a golf membership. The golf course is old and not well maintained. Tennis courts cracked and in poor shape. Pickleball courts were ok. Heavy sewer smell near the courts. Their beach club on Coronado beach was sub-standard. . Lots of poor roads in the area. We would say though that the people and staff were very friendly. We understand that the rooms were ok for the price. We would only recommend based on price.

Dirty rooms full of dust and used towels, they use recycle food from previous buffets, lack of staff and the few they got, are impolite and disrespectful. There are much better options with better prices than this decadent hotel. Avoid at all cost!

Service staff were great...rooms/suite very nice... but management needs to give staff language lessons so that they can understand English; and be willing to turn down the music during meals so that you can have a conversation and room service should start at 7am not 10am, lol.

Excellent service and quality although a bit pricey. Well worth it

If you are looking for a place that is quiet and relaxing, this definitely fulfills both. Facility and pool are clean. Staff is friendly, a few know some English. Food prices are reasonable for a resort. Drink prices are decent. Short commute by facility bus to beach which has a bar, restaurant, and pool. Very quiet and exclusive. El Valle is about a 30 min drive away if you are interested in hiking and zip lining. I would not recommend this place though if you are a person who requires many activities, no much else to choose from besides golf and tennis. Oh there is a spa on site too.

The food and pool were spectacular. Beware there were not many things open to public guests at all on the beach.

The location is very nice. People are friendly and the service at the restaurant is amazing. Everything is kept neat and tidy and even though we are locked down for the weekend we could still enjoy some of the amenities. The golf course is fantastic. Recommend this place very highly.
