I love the view from our 22nd floor room. Views are beautiful. Also gym has the same views. Beaches has black sands which is amazing. Me and hubby are enjoying ourselves so far. Will recommend this to anyone who wants a quiet peaceful place with wonderful views...

I routinely stay here throughout the year and I have owned a condominium here for about 2 years. Amenities are great and the staff is wonderful. Residents seem good also... I believe it is the only condo in Coronado that's actually on the beach, and that was one of the main high points for me. It's well maintained although I must admit that I probably have only stayed a total of 25 days in 2 years. That said, please don't visit here.... I enjoy my privacy.

Great Beach Front Condos, Fantastic views, Wonderful beach, nice building, friendly staff and tenants. Great roof top gym ! We will be returning soon.

Great place to stay, good staff and plenty to do. 3 pools plenty of social area space. It's great for kids or couples.

Excellent location and verh well kept and clean premises. Private access to the beach.

Secure, well maintained. Back up generator. And water. These are the most important considerations for living at the Bay. In addition they have 2 pools, a suana, workout facility and you have direct access to the beach!!!

I didn’t see much of it but what I saw was pretty nice, the roof top pool has incredible views! I took videos from NYE but they can’t be posted on here

We stayed at Apt 408 starting in 2014 and will be back in January, 2020 for another month. The owner also stays in the unit so it is well appointed and comfortable. You can easily pay $400 more for units in The Bay so this is a bargain.

Beautiful building, and people here are amazing. Everyone is friendly and makes you feel welcome.

Really liked this place because of the tranquility and facilities. The staff was helpful and friendly. Outside the compound the beach was a little choppy and the black sands reminded me of Lanzarote and it didn't feel too desolate b cause there were shops and restaurants near by big one wanted them. I would come back.

Great view, it's a quiet, relaxing place, has a really beautiful terrace with a bar, two pools and direct entrance to the beach. Simply wonderful.
