Dishonest company. Already known at Airbnb. When problems arise, things are promised and then denied. Then communication is stopped and money is withheld. Thus, the company tries to retain money by insinuations and then plays dead. Fortunately, airbnb has refunded me everything. Accordingly, this is not further tragic for me. Nevertheless, I would at least be careful, especially when it comes to larger investments. Before the company denies being the right company as a last measure. A good offer for a fair price. With the help of this agency we found a great apartment to rent. As we found out later other agencies offer apartments in this complex for 20%-40% more expensive. Our manager Carlos was very attentive and helpful. He even helped us with issues not related to the rentals.
