Lovely atmosphere and view. This quiet restaurant had an extensive menu and everything we tried was delicious. We’ve been there twice in as many weeks and will probably go back tomorrow. The lunch specials were quite a steal at just over $10.

I have been living and travelling in Panama for several months... this is by far the best food in the Coronado area, but top 3 I've had in Panama. Compliments to the chef. We were here in Aug 22, so middle of the off season, the restaurant was slow, the service was spectacular, a young man named Kenneth, fluent in English and Spanish was great. For food we started with a thai shrimp and also a gyoza appetizer. The shrimp was superb, the gyoza was different but good. For a main course we had the flambe roll which they set on fire, super cool and the fliet mignon. The filet was rocking! For drinks my wife had a monitor and I had an Italian Margarita (not on the menu, sub disarono for triple sec and salt for sugar), they made it right. Much better than Coronado proper, the ambiance IA on the beach which is great,it's outdoor covered but doesn't come off nearly as fancy as the food is. Don't be alarmed or fooled! A top recommending you're travelling I. Panama and fi d yourself in Coronado.

Great food, fantastic view and friendly service

Good food but very slow, there were 6 of us and 5 of us received our meals and finished eating before the 6 th person was served their meal, we asked 3 times when meal would be ready and the answer was always the same, we tried canceling meal after 30 minutes but were told 2 more minutes which turned out to be 15 min. Made reservations for 10 people. Absolutely amazing service. Food was fantastic, fun, flavorful and perfect portions. Listen to the waves while you enjoy this wonderful restaurant. Very easy to get to. Easy to figure out menu with Wi-Fi on site and English is spoken here.

Went for the 1st time today. Our table had Kung Pao chicken, edemame and Vegetable rolls. Everything was delious, the ocean breeze was beautiful and service was good. We will be back!

A beautiful setting, good food and wonderful entertainment. Add to that great service. We will definitely return. The total cost, before tip, was $124 for two appies, four dinners, a bottle of wine, an imported beer, and two coffees. Good value for Panama!

This is my favorite restaurant in the entire beach region. It can be hard to find places that are consistent and Las Bovedas in my experience manages to be pretty consistent with how the food is prepared. Staff is always pleasant which is another big plus. Absolutely gorgeous view/place, with fans so you can enjoy sitting outdoors even on hot afternoons. I always order the tuna tataki and vietnamese summer roll - light, delicious, healthy (they have tons of options though, from fish platters to ramen to sushi and more). Another big plus - it can be hard to find places that have good wine available by the glass and at Las Bovedas I'm always happy with what they have (I usually have a white wine from Placido wineries). The lychee martini is also great as it's not too sweet.

We came in from California and stayed at the Ensenada resort that happened to have this little fusion restaurant. We had lunch and I had a Sea Bass dish with a garlic sauce with plantains that was unbelievable. My friend had Crunchy Prawns that were the same quality. We left the San Carlos area and came back through a couple days later and had to try it for dinner. I had a second Sea Bass meal with a peanut sauce that was the best meal I have ever had ( I’ve eaten at the Club 33 private restaurant at Disneyland mulitple times and it is not in the same league at all). Once again my friend had a Calamari dish with a mango sauce and remarked that he had never had Calamari that was so tender. I never order Calamari because it’s typically chewy/rubbery but this melted in your mouth. Our waiter was Kenneth both times and he speaks perfect English and is a wonderful waiter. Owner (Wilson) was a perfect gentleman and the Chef Evan is as good as I have ever experienced. The whole staff ( the ladies ) were as friendly and helpful as one could ever hope for. They had live entertainment that was so cool given the beachside atmosphere. I find it hard to believe that there is a better Chef than Evan quite possibly on the planet and certainly in Panama. Your just plain simply insane if you don’t visit this exquisite location and off the charts restaurant. I will fly back again just for the restaurant.

This Restaurant is outstanding! The food, atmosphere and staff especially Kenneth are fabulous! A++ rating. Definitely my go to restaurant when I’m in Panama.

One star for ambiance and waiter. Food was dry. Owner increased the price after we ordered our food. 2 orders of the fried fish which was increased by $4 each after ordered. Then an order of the Asian rice which was also dry and lacked flavor.

Food was wonderful had to wait for ever for the bill then it was wrong two times but the waiter fixed it .

Was really disappointed after reading so many reviews. Actually we thought it was over priced for what you get. Stir fry isn't what it suppose to be, very small portions and the service was super slow. And everything they serve it's with sesame seeds, even the rice...... No real chef worthy,what they claim to be..... We all had.....over priced for what you get.

Great location with view of the beautiful pool and ocean. The waiters were very attentive and customer oriented. Food was delicious! We were 4 and all our dishes not only looked amazing but, were out of this world delicious! The iguanas walking around were a nice treat!

Excellent place. Great environment and food. We had tuna tartar, fish bowl and Thai bowl, all were deliciously made. Service was superb.

Food is good, service can be slow due to the large crowds. Check out the Friday night fix price menu which is well worth it.
