This place is great. Our server Dante was perfect. He recommended the popcorn chicken Mac & Cheese & it was ‘sooo’ good. The chicken is crispy, covered in cheese with the macaroni underneath. Every bite was sensational. The quesadilla is a must. It has fried chicken, fries & some ‘flavorful’ sauce. Overall amazing experience.

We ate here on the last night of our trip and it was a perfect way to end our stay in Panama. The music is great, the decor has personality, and the service was fantastic. Natalie was our waitress and she took the time to get to know us and ask about our trip. She also recommended an ice cream place nearby. Oh and the food was incredible. Some of the best seafood we'd had the entire trip. The drinks were great, the prices were great. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Definitely recommend to stop by and cool off after a day of walking around Casco.

Very cool restaurant/bar in Old Town Panama. Lured in by $5 happy hour and a place to wait out a torrential downpour and was very happy to have found La Pulperia as refuge. The Mac and cheese with chorizo was fantastic! Not too cheesy and full of flavor. I also had the quarter pound burger which was very flavorful as well.

My partner had Lychee martini’s and Expresso martini’s which were really good. We saw groups, families, friends, couples and a free people at the bar on their own and the staff liked after everyone with precise friendly, service. Well done and go visit. I felt safe here although there were also many police in the streets surrounding this area. The chef here is a true artist. I ordered the octopus (how could I not?) and my wife ordered a salad, which came on a bed of baba ganoush. We split a ceviche to start, which was made with corvina. The ceviche is one of the best I have ever had in my life. The octopus was so flavorful but not so much to overwhelm the octopus itself. It was so delicate I could taste the smoke and flames in the flesh itself while also being entertained by the sauces and spices it was served with. The portions were perfectly sized. The service was the best I have received in the city, the drinks selection was extensive, and the overall atmosphere was perfect. I will definitely be visiting again the next time I'm in town. I cannot recommend this place enough.

I came in a group of 3 and we all had different things, and all of it was amazing!! We had the tri tip hummus, falafels, chicken quesadillas, chicken sandwich, hamburger, and the bbq burger and you couldn’t go wrong choosing any of it! The drinks are also the best we’ve had here.

I found it very unusual that skinny fries were at the bottom of my bowl. They grew on me. Still, I ordered bread to enjoy the remaining sauce. I really wanted to lick the bowl !! Small cozy bar with maybe a dozen tables. Very quick and professional service.

Catered to my peanut allergy without issue and Mari made good recommendations on the menu. Service was good but a shame we couldnt use our free drink vouchers for anything other than a local beer.
