I know that some of the waiters in Panama are not the fastest. In Coffee Max I wanted a coffee to go. I went to the counter and asked if I could take the coffee with me. After being ignored for a few minutes, I was asked to take a seat at a table. I waited and waited.... Still ignored. Even though there was plenty of staff. After a few minutes too many I left the restaurant disappointed. Not recommended.

Omelette expensive and small and greasy! Salad so small I neede a tiny fork to eat with! Bad service! Overall a bad experience.

My experiences with Panamanian businesses ranging from property managers, tour guides to restaurants over the last month have been like the customer service Twilight Zone (in some cases customer service hell;-) However, there have been a few streaks of bright light. One is kosher-friendly Coffee Max across from the Panama Clinic. Hospitable, kind, patient staff and super attentive staff- all amenable to my numerous food allergies and allowed me to order this salad remix of tuna mouse and portobello mushrooms. I also got a brownie. Half healthy and half just plain greedy☺️

They have a good choice of food. The grilled chicken with vegetables tasted very good. They serve it in an iron pan, so it stays warm to the end.

Best coffee I have ever had, phenomenal service from all the employees, great atmosphere, very clean, and delicious food all around.

I've just eaten both the club sandwich and tuna tartare from here, both delicious. The service was quite frosty.

Best Coffee in Panama City! I really love the coffee here. The food is amazing as well. The menu has something for everyone and so far, everything I've ordered has been excellent! Atmosphere is always welcoming and plesant. Excellent service each time I visit, day or evening, always great!

Apparantly, I was looking at an old menu online prior to going, and when I arrived, they didn't have anything that sounded good aside from a latte. I showed the photo I saw online, and they graciously made me that which was nice. The latte was amazing! It's located on a really busy corner, so street noise is an issue, but trying to cover it up with 90s ballads was a poor choice for the morning playlist. I will go back again to try their lunch menu, and hopefully change my review to 5 stars.

Club Sandwich with a good taste but very cold, fries were cold too. Egg Benedict was also cold. Waited 40 for our food. Service is not sympatic at all, no smile, no thank you, nothing... Not worth the high prices!!

We moved to PTY and often go here. Today ( mothers day) we ordered a large pizza and 1 omapolo to go. The pizza was 8 inches with 1 omapolo and cost $18. We enjoyed their pizza before and it was 12"" was 10$ and delicious this was awful. What happened . we line in Patilla and will never go back. Awful

Hear neighborhood spot for nice quality meal. My 2nd office... dog friendly. Love the attention the service gives me and especially my dog. Highly recommend the 🍔.. also have a great breakfast special, who doesn't love a special.

If you are in a hurry, don't go to this place. They can't even give you a croissant fast.

This cafe has rave reviews and popped up on a bunch of breakfast lists I saw online, but I'm not sure why. Really excellent service, but everything else is just ...good. Good food, good atmosphere, good selection. There are a few more Middle-Eastern dishes than on most menus, and I did appreciate that there was a room with a door for private parties (for example, those with lots of kids) though there were still many kids running around the main room. You could do far worse, but I wouldn't say you need to go out of your way to drop by.

Loved this coffee shop . Good food and good concept overall . The owner is very friendly and it’s been a pleasure talking to him . We’re visiting the city and enjoyed the variety of foods they got for kids and for adults .

From the name I was expecting something like a Starbucks. This is better. They have a full food menu. The chicken I ordered was excellent. The iced coffee was a delight on a hot day. Service was far better than Panama normal.
