Really nice view overlooking Panama City from the rooftop of this hotel. Did not stay for food or drinks so cannot comment on those but they were really nice.

We came twice to the Lighthouse during our stay in Panama City. The view is amazing and you don't need to pay for the entrance to enjoy it. Food and drinks are a bit expensive, but considering the view you get is definitely worth it. There is a DJ playing mostly popular latino music and the atmosphere is very nice. The entrance is through the Bay Hotel. Just ask at the reception or go directly to the elevator and press 28 to go to the terrace.

Nice views but this bar is a tourist trap and badly managed. We were asked very importantly if we had a reservation despite it being completely empty. We understand now why. The big problem came when a friend ordered a cocktail called Big Catch and the waiter misunderstood it as scotch. After it came my friend immediately brought up the mistake and the waiter brought the right drink. The wrong drink was left on the table. When it was sitting there for half an hour we eventually drank it assuming they didn't care about it. Surprise came when the bill included this drink. The waiter got completely unprofessional shouting at us and even the manager refused to take it off the bill. For the high price the drinks were not even good but this incident just shows they don't have any customer standard and are just cashing in on the views.

It was a great experience! We didn’t have a reservation and we were still given a table. The view is great as it is has a 360 view of the city. The drinks were splendid at an average price. My friend also got a free cocktail as it was his birthday. All he had to do was present an ID with his date of birth on it. The food,however, was average. An average consumption per person is around $30 including tip. Would definitely come back!

We tried the Lighthouse as our last meal before leaving Panama and it was the best idea! We came just after opening without reservations and they happily accommodated us. However, I would suggest them because within 30-40 minutes, it was packed! The views and vibe were unmatched. The DJ mixed a little of everything and definitely added to the experience. The appetizers were tasty. My husband liked his burger but the salmon entrée could use more seasoning. Tried a few drinks that while not strong, were well balanced, tasty and sexy lol. They even brought out a cake for my baby birthday! Staff was extremely attentive and very patient considering the strong language barrier. As for prices, it could seem a tad pricey if you tried other Panamanian restaurants and then came here, specifically regarding the entrees. However, if you're coming from a big city such as myself, for the atmosphere and service alone, drink prices especially are comparable if not cheaper. Overall: Not that you've read my review... get dressed and go! And have a drink for me! Will most definitely be at the top of my list on the next trip!

The views are spectacular and the ambiance is excellent, but it pails to the food. We tried the octopus which is one of the hardest seafood to prepare. One second to long and you've just ruined the entire meal. This was AWESOME!!! The plate came with a mashed potatoe underneath and a chimichurri that just complemented the dish leaving it pure and full of flavor. The ceviche was very sour how I love it without all the tomato sauce. We also had plantain cups with a seafood mix. We finished the meal with panna cotta, flan, and a brownie. All was excellent without additional need for comment. Their rum selection is bar none and extensive to compliment any meal choice. We will definitely be back. Compliments to the chef.

The views were amazing! The food was delicious! I had the white fish ceviche and the salmon. The mojitos were delicious, especially the tsunami. The service, especially from Andrés, was really great. But really it's the views of all of Panama City that makes this place amazing. I will definitely return before leaving Panama!

The food is awesome, the drinks are fine, maybe if they increase what they offer can do better. The view is the powerful part, very nice, and when is rainy theres no seats available, maybe they can put a flexible roof to be more prepared. Maybe too noisy for me, the service was perfect the vibs too

We experienced such a wonderful experience. The food, service, atmospheric, drinks; all excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed ever aspect of this Jewel of Panama City. Thank you Staff for a most memorable and beautiful experience. I will remember our evening for ever, because nothing could ever compare to the delicious and most enjoyable experience we enjoyed. The Wait Staff, Cooks, and Mixologist- all exceeded any expectations I had. It was recommended to us for the Food Atmosphere and 9f course the incredible View. If you are in Panama city Panama, please go enjoy for yourselves.

Amazing vibes and service! Juan was our service and all his recommendations were great! Had the Mar de Leva drink and a bunch of appetizers. You can order many plates to share here and I love that. Don’t forget to get the chicharron - perfect!

People from near and far get pretty dressed up to come here ("El Faro de Casco") and enjoy the stellar views. The prices are a little inflated accordingly, though the menu is good quality stuff. Not much variety, mostly steak, seafood, and rum, though there are other cocktails and some craft beer. Service can vary wildly, as can the quality of music. Draft lines have a hint of acidic funk that tells me they probably don't clean them often enough. Limited seating if it's rainy. Decent spot for a first/second date, or some other special occasion.

I had the peach chicken.. Omg.. it was super scrumptious. The rooftop is on the 28th floor and it was little windy for my taste but the views were awesome and 360 degrees. We had dinner and left shortly afterwards. A must see and must try if ever in the Panamá area.

Amazing view of Panama City! Great service! Beers are served nice and cold! Didn’t try any mixed drinks myself, but the others at my table said they were not disappointed. Recommend the Ceviche mixto appetizer.

Very nice food but lacking a bit in the drinks department since they not only did not have most of the artisan beers, but the cocktails liked flavor. The views are very nice specially during dusk and night time. It's recommend to bring a jacket during the night since the wind can make you feel pretty cold.

I will admit the view was excellent and the wait staff were exceptional. The presentation of the food was great as well. However, in my experiences from dinning in other establishments in Panama I assure you that there are a great number of other places where you will get much higher quality food, and larger portions for a fraction of the price! Without sacrificing service. Here you are paying for a view and the appearance of exclusively. Nothing more!

Fantastic views and best mojito I have ever had. Try the lychee & grapefruit mojito I can't wait to go back and drink more! OK prices but it's probably for the beautiful 369 view of Panama center and historic Panama. You can also see the ships entering/exiting the canal!
