one of the greatest restaurants so far in Panama. we travelled around and the variation of this healthy food is the best :) vegetarian, vegan and just quality food. and the location is just cool, specially for the sunset :)

If you like kite surf , this is the place to be! Amazing, calm ocean , cabinets to stay, it's perfect to move here for a good vacation!

Over the last couple of weeks I’ve worked my way through much of the menu and I can safely say, across the board the food is beautifully cooked with fresh ingredients, love and care. During a no wind day the chef even cooked some Sierra mackerel we caught especially for us. Delicious! Highly recommend.

This place is amazing, I can feel the peace. It's seems a quite jorney between nature and confortable facilites in front of the beach. Highly recommend to come with friends and family.

it´s an amazing place, it´s beautiful, peaceful, it has a beautiful beach and the waves are perfect for kitesurfing it´s very funny even you don´t practice it, its very interesting to watch the people practicing it, but also you can have lessons with the owner and other instructors. the tent was super comfortable like you see in the pictures you have a nice bed, a lamp, electricity, also wifi! the food is delicious, they have a complete and varied menu with vegan options, smoothies, wraps, hamburgers, fish tacos (so fresh and delicious), smoothies, snacks, drinks. they have everything you need to be so comfortable and happy. Don´t miss the opportunity to enjoy this experience! Definitively is worthwhile and I wan´t to come back again!!

WOW×!×! We spent 3 days in Panama City and 1.5 days at playa caracol. Then we came here... whoa! Hands down the beat overall meal we've had since being in Panama. Simple menu that is executed at an amazing standard. I had the falafel wrap. My husband had the Thai curry with shrimp. My son had the Cheeseburger. He finished it before I could even get a picture. I was half way through my falafel wrap before I remembered to take a picture. EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING! And the owner and his girlfriend were so pleasant and welcoming that they made our dinner spectacular! Not to leave out the chef, he OBVIOUSLY knows what he's doing! Falafel tends to be dry sometimes, but his was moist and had more flavor than I've ever tasted in a falafel. We can't wait to come back and get kite surfing lessons. We stayed for a couple days in Florian’s Kite School and went to SOLE for all meals. Their food is really good, they have great vegetarian and vegan options and also a great variety of choices to choose from. Sometimes it takes a bit until the food is ready (when many people order at the same time as the kitchen space is quite small) but it was always way worth the wait!

Very tasty and delicious food variety. Very nice kite spot 👌. Close to the city and very Good for camping place and disconnecting from routine with the family.

I stayed here for a few days and it was close to the best days of my short life. I had amazing dinners, super varied food and super chefs, and of course after watching this Aamazing sunsets that left u speechless. My favorite thing was that i made lots of friends, everything was super nice and homey.

Amazing place to enjoy the beach with really good food. You can relax during the day and enjoy an amazing sunset. If you are into kitesurfing its the best place in Panama to do it.

This is my favorite stay in Panama so far. I loved the vibes. The owners and chef have a great heart too. I got a feeling from this place, that I can't explain. But I promise the feelings were great. And the food is outstanding! Such get variety that everyone can pick something to enjoy!! And they have the most amazing dogs. They were all my best friends. I miss them all lol I definitely recommend this place to everyone!
