Del Prado has been a family favorite for many years. Must try their paella!

We sat there for 15 mins but the servers didn't even look at us. I got up and went to ask the server to please come get our orders. He said yes. He came out to deliver drinks to a table right next to us. He went inside then came out to deliver empty plates and silverware to the same table next to us but he didn't even look at us again. This is absolutely unacceptable. We left of course. I'm never going back there and I know that this doesn't affect them at all but I don't care. My friends aren't going back and we will tell everyone we can about it.

Good food choices and reasonable price. The order took a little long to arrive buy it was tasty.

Food was horrible cheap pasta brand no good quality with expensive seafood ensalada verde not good.Save money eat else where .

DLMs ... Delicious Light Meals ... sandwiches ... soups ... snacks ... DLMs = All happiness you can eat !

Very disappointed on this restaurant, I used to go to this place pretty often years ago and everything was good. Now, the food was not tasty and look pretty bad ( we found hair in 2 of our plates ) we spoke to the server and manager and they didn’t seem to care at all. We left the place and definitely never coming back again.

Love the Del Prado. I used to stop here while in town many years ago. I was back this last week and thought I would go have breakfast and coffee. I was happy to see the food and service were still great. I sat out on the side and had coffee while watching the traffic and people. Great time.

An absolute Panamañian landmark! Excellent food anytime of the day. My, for sure, destination whenever I am in Panama, City. Please leave room for an amazing “batido” or a natural “chicha”.

This restaurant is great very close to the Hampton by Hilton so I walked in and I order chicken for lunch. I wait a little longer to be served but was good, the chicken was juice and the fries were good too. The restaurant looks clean and I see local people eating there so that was a good sign. Muy bueno yo pedí pollo a la plancha y papas y estaba fresco y jugoso bien sazonado. El restaurante es limpio y va gente local a comer allí. Precio razonable.

If your ever staying in Panama city, this place is a must go to place. It's open al the time, the place is very clean, has outdoor seating, and a variety of things to eat on the menu. Everyone that works there is very nice, the food tastes good, and if your looking for a local place around the corner like home, you have to go here for sure

This place is always a favorite! Great variety of food and open 24 hours. Hard to beat. I highly recommend filet a la plancha, or guavina. Good batidos as well. Clams are also a good appetizer for a group!

Visiting from Canada, stay away from this place it’s just disgusting… we found hairs in two of our orders the manager didn’t care tried to say it wasn’t a hair clearly it was… his respond to us was that the restaurant has “passes the Panamanian health and safety test”… so they paid them off to pass.. the food was disgusting not worth it is rate it zero if possible… I strongly recommend to stay away its not worth it and your get sick… there are a lot of other nicer places to eat here.

Came here at about 10:30pm had a club sandwich. Was about 30 percent full. Service and food was about what you'd expect in a Latin American late night spot. The aesthitics and the way the meseros dress is a bit misleading, makes it seem like a nicer place than it is. Good for late night drunk food or a sandwhich or "diner quality" steak or seafood. I'd equate it to a fancy looking IHOP or Dennny's in the US. Definetly more of a cafeteria than a restaurant. Don't expect much and you won't be disappointed

If I lived in Panama City, I would eat here all the time. It’s convenient if you are in the El Cangrejo area, well priced, consistently good, the staff are all nice, the cafe con leche is the best I had in the city and there are always tables available even though the place stays busy.

Excellent place to grab a meal. Large outdoor covered area and indoors as well. Prices are pretty good. Food is great. Lots of street life to see pass by. Busy place with generous servings.

This place is amazing!!! My husband and I have been eating here for over 7 years. Each time we visit Panama, which is very often (10x per year) they know us by name and remember our usual order. The staff is so nice and attentive. This place truly a place we go for comport food and the best local ambiance. We recommend this place %1000. A huge plus is that it’s open 24 hours.

I've tried sancocho in several places...and none taste as aromatic and delicious as the one here. All the food we've had here has been great.

As well as the other location they have in Tumba Muerto, this place serves, to my liking, the best club sandwich in town. It's just full of a lot of meats and the taste is awesome. They serve good cappuccinos here as well and also main dishes like steaks, chicken breast fillets, and fish. This is a nice place to have a good meal and hang out with either family or friends. The best part of this particular one is that it's open 24/7.

This is by far my favourite restaurant in Panama. I love sitting on the bar and look how the cook makes those masterpiece sandwiches. The furniture, decoration and broad menu makes a true panamenian-cousine experience.

Fat piece of hair in my food lady didn't think I spoke Spanish and called me stupid for returning my food back and I didn't want to order anything else !!!

Pretty excellent late night food and service! Not only did i get a deal on a huge portion of some excellent grilled squid, but I got free Spanish lessons from our awesome waiter! Although the inside looks a lot like a steak n shake or Denny's, the outdoor patio is pretty classy. This is a go to for sure!

Very good sandwiches. I had the house "Del Prado" all the meat on it tasted roasted, not deli sliced. Fries were good. Apparently this a a politician's hangout made famous by the views of the street. Not a fancy place, more comfort food, and a good lunch spot.

The sandwiches are great, my friend had one of their soups, it was a good late night meal and being open 24hrs is a plus.

We had breakfast there every morning at a very reasonable price. It is a clean place and indoor and outdoor dining The staff is friendly.

We came late, yet, service was slow and a bit unattentive. A little pricey for diner-like experience. Food was good for late nite, but, could have been better presentation.

Excellent authentic Panamanian food. Very taste and full of flavor, the location seems to be safe to walk around if need be. I highly recommend the Sancocho De Gallina, this is made with farm wild chicken, it is delicious.
