I got bed bugs here!!! Not at all what pics look like. Loud bar next door. Was in the middle of town close to things. Staff was excellent! Beware.

Centrally located to many restaurants, local fondas, shopping stores, casinos, souvenir shops, walking distance to 2 beautiful Catholic churches (Iglesia del Carmen and parroquia sanctuario nacional del corazon de maria). Walking distance to via Espana and Argentina train/subway station. The staff (reception and housekeeping) are very friendly and helpful, and they always make you feel welcome. Other than noise you hear from the outside from cars honking and car alarm unattended, our room was great and peaceful.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Coral Suites Panama hotel and I couldn't have had a better stay. The room was well equipped, including the kitchenette and bathroom, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Everything in the room was very clean and I appreciated that the housekeeping staff allowed me to decide if I wanted their services on a daily basis or not at all. The two young ladies that worked at the reception desk were amazing! They not only helped me with getting a taxi when I needed one, but they also directed me to great restaurants in the area to dine at and even ordered dinner for me one evening so I could eat in my room. Their smiles always made my day whenever I encountered them. Lastly, the pool on the top floor was the highlight at the end of my busy days... it was extremely clean and very refreshing. A bonus when staying at Coral Suites. I highly recommend this "jewel" within the city. It has so many walkable options for shopping, dining and anything else you're looking for. I will definitely stay here again.

Ana and Angelica, front desk staff, made our stay great. We had such fun communicating our needs to them. And they worked hard to meet them. The hotel itself needs a little tender loving care but the location, wifi, kitchenette, and the price are great.

Housekeeping and front desk staff were awesome. I had a very large room with a full kitchen for a very good price. Good air conditioning, excellent water pressure with plenty of hot water. Comfortable King size bed and plenty of closet space. Very good wifi as there is a router in each room. I was very pleased and would definitely stay again. Good location. Only downsides were no terrace or balcony and little shade available by the pool.

Basic self catering with everything you need. Ideally located and super clean. 24 hour Reception withrestaurants, fondas and shops just meters away. Nice pool and good laundry room and gym.

Wonderful hotel. I have a room with a kitchen and I love it. Great customer service. The gym could use a little repair but otherwise fine.

Very happy with our stay here. The staff speaks English (helpful for us who habla poco Espanol), the room was clean and spacious, and the rooftop pool was an awesome place to relax. We were fortunate to be there at a not busy time because we never dealt with noise issues or crowding at the pool. The only ding I'd give them is that they should provide more pillows and towels. We only had three rather flat pillows on the bed. And only two bath towels. I think a bath mat, hand towel, and wash cloth should be standard. And at least four towels since there is a pool. Also, I had thought Breakfast was included, but they do not provide that. I went back and looked and it doesn't say it is included anywhere, but there is a picture on the site of a breakfast bar so I think that is what confused me. Just be aware. There is a great little chain bakery down the road that is awesome though.

Staff is wonderful, pool area is lovely, rooms are very large. Bathroom needed repairs and the fridge made a terrible noise that woke us up - we thought it was an alarm.

Overall good option. nice, clean rooms with well equipped kitchen. Possible improvement: some sponge and dish sopa or similar to clean plates. Staff very friendly, but when I relaxed at the pool one of them sorted the chairs in the loudest possible way and spitted twice on the floor. Location is closed to Metro, super market, restaurants and a lovely bakery.

Very good value & location. Clean, quiet (& I'm very noise sensitive), & the entire staff is professional, efficient & friendly. The full kitchen is a bonus, as is a full laundry & rooftop pool & patio w/ great views of the city. El Cangrejo neighborhood has lots of interesting coffee shops, restaurants, & shopping, even for a moderate-budget traveler.

For just a couple bucks more you can have better quality in nearby hotels. Lots of broken machines in exercise room.

Excellent place to stay but 1 draw back is they only give you 2 towels, 1 hand towel and no wash cloth. The staff is outstanding. 👍🏼

I have to say this, the staff is excellent from the cleaners to the front Desk to the service room. Everything was excellent.

Nice building terribly run. No custumer service. We made a mistake on booking and they acted like we did it on porpuse instead of offering other rooms that would accomodate us lady just showed me the booking sheet and told me she would have to charge my 9 year old as a adult and because we are a family of five we would need two rooms. Less than a one star.

Everything was great...furniture a little hard, though.

Always a great stay. The staff is friendly, accomodating and always with a smile. We love the fact there is a full size fridge with freezer so we can stock up and freeze foods before returning home.

Big rooms, huge comfy bed, hot water and good pressure, fairly quiet and nice service. But: internet was TERRIBLE, gym closed and pool very dirty.

This is a great deal but visitors need to be aware that on the restaurant side of the hotel, it is very loud until midnight. If you go to sleep early and like quiet in the evening, ask for a room on the quiet side of the hotel, and the higher up floor-wise the better. This totally solved the problem for me. The street seems to be a party street and one night, a visitor started blasting dance music at 5 am. The staff promptly got him kicked out. But the vibe of the area is definitely more party-centered than relaxing. The rooms are clean, fully equipped. I stayed in two different rooms (due to the noise problem) and so some rooms are more equipped than others, kitchen wise. If you are in a room with not enough equipment (like 1 pan and you need 2), please ask the staff--they are very nice and accommodating and they can easily grab what you need from another room to help you feel comfortable. the staff cleans rooms every 3 days and change trash/towels every day. I could really see myself staying here for a longer term if needed.

Mold and dirty bathroom, ceiling dirty and view from room shows a wall with dirt and Mold, was un able to open curtains.

Good location with lots of restaurants nearby in a safe neighborhood. Grocery and phone stores are easily accessible by foot as well. Staff are friendly and the rooms and building are clean. Early breakfast is satisfactory and makes early morning tours less of a hassle if you need to eat first. The rooftop pool is great with very nice cityscape views and sunny most of the day.

We had an amazing stay once again. All the staff was amazing and very helpful. Marielys At the front desk was always smiling and very helpful with any question we had. The taxi driver was great, housekeeping was great, location is great. I highly recommend this hotel. We will be back in February, we wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

Older hotel, but very clean, with fantastic staff. Has everything you need, a pool and laundry room. Mini marts and small restaurants abound.
