Horrible service. I tried for hours to pay online for a flight, but the payment window keeps running and running. I tried to call customer service but my calls get disconnected after 4 minutes. There are messages during that time that say, "for faster service, use our email" When you go to email, it says "We will respond with 15 days" Incredible!

If you fly with Wingo be VERY careful. They offer a cheap ticket then try to steal more money. We bought a ticket that said no charge for changes. They charged us extra to change the date because they said the price went up when it didn’t. We tried to check in on line and it wouldn’t let us, but it did charge us extra for express check-in? At the counter we had to pay to have them check us in and they put us in different rows. My wife screamed at the lady and she at least changed our seats. WORST AIRLINE IVE EVER FLOWN ON!!!!

This is the worst of the worst cost airlines. Bad service, expensive add-on services and full of rip-off policies designed to take your money and make you crazy. Having traveled for over 70 countries Wingo is by all means and by far among the worst airlines we have ever flied with. Choose another one if you can. You will regret it otherwise.

24th December Xmas Eve!! Ridiculous overpriced and rubbish airline!! Wouldn’t recommend using at all, over charged us for baggage when checking in, an extra 120dollars!! Even though I’d already paid for 2 checked in bags and I only had one baggage! Avoid at all costs!! Will be contacting my bank as a consumer rights issue!!

Terrible airline. Draw you in with cheap flights, can't find anywhere to add hand luggage before check-in and then they try and charge you more than the flight to take a bag on. Avoid where possible.
