Great place to watch the sunsire above El Valle de Anton and to see the whole ancient crater Easy 1 hour to 90 minute walk up steep rocky mountain road and narrow grassy paths at the end

Started at the petroglyphs and hiked up to La India Dormida. Hooked up with a local guide who explained highlights of the trek. All uphill for approximately 1.5 hours with stops but the summit (La India's head) was pleasantly cool with a good breeze. Great view of the El Valle and town. Recommended if you don't mind a strenuous hike.

👍 Please note that this review is by a US tourist and not a local guide. Fun place to spend a few hours. The butterflies were beautiful. The guy running the place gave nice explainations about the butterflies. It is small, but worth the nominal charge (unlike some tourist traps here - beware of the s...

😠 This is a very loveless place, the hold rabbits on iron grid, they have no space. It is really bad. Everything is dirty and they don't care of the animals. The price for foreign people is 4.50 for adults.

😐 If you are stopping here after a hike for a rest and a warm bath then great. It is a good little stop. If you are planning a special trip for it don’t... you may be disappointed. The place is small offering very basic facilities. Water is 38°C but feels cooler in the pools. 3 smallish pools of dif...

👍👍 This place offers a little adventure for people of all ages. The trek from the parking lot to the waterfall felt about ten to thirteen minutes. Although it is a straight walk you will have to deal with changes in the terrain. You will experience a mix of flat rock, jagged rocks, narrow dirt walkways...
