Seems that hardware stores are Home Away From Home for me. This store is well stocked except for consistency of depth of products. You may have to go to several to get all the items you need to get one project done.

Do it Center - Customer service is non existent. Placed and online order with delivery. On the morning of delivery they text they dont have the largest item in stock and instead of offering a solution, they offer to delivery partial and refund (for a refrigerator). Finally they get the idea to look for the item and offer delivery 3 days later. On the day of delivery they ignore messages and reject calls. Item was finally delivered. Delivery people were nice, customer service 0 and half the items delivered were different color than ordered.

This is one of Doit Center's most crowded, well stocked and difficult to reach of all. Two stories replenished of merchandise. Sometimes, because of crowds, customer service is less than optimal. Doesn't happen all the time but is frustrating when done. Other than this, good store options and timely offers.

Just like other Do-it centers, but they need more help. Waited a while for help in a particular department, they need at least two for each department.

Great customer service

Pandemic times bring not everything back to the shelves. Was looking for tools. Not available at Allbrook. Dace masks and disinfection articles not available. Did find torx bits for my car I needed.

I went to buy a microwave and the sales lady was less than pleasant. The microwave I wanted was out of stock except the display, I asked if they would sell it as an open box item and the girl was very unaccommodating. Probably will not go back to this location.
