I have never met a group of humans so bad at their jobs. Horrible service, rarely have the products I need, and rude staff. The only talent they have is to remind you that you have no worth.

I really like Do it, it's full of several things you may need at home, for repair or redecorating. The personnel are nice and very helpful. Really glad with Do it Center in Multiplaza.

Usual DIY store, decent product range, well laid out, always clean and tidy. Reasonable prices, as you'd expect for this kind of chain. Helpful staff. If you can't find what you need here, then the Discovery Centre is probably your best bet.

The worst DoIt Center branch. Both times I've gone the customer service has been terrible, having to wait over 15 minutes for someone to help... and this is with the store basically empty. I also asked one of them for some parts and he just continued walking and said they didn't have any and that they usually don't get those in. I thought it was a bit strange so I looked for them myself and low and behold I found all 3 parts and qty 6 like I needed.

It's just the best shop. The staff the assistance is perfect too. You're never left waiting around, waiting and waiting for help like for example at Discovery

I am glad to share that I had an excellent experience in this DoIt center when I placed a substantial order for furniture and other materials to be delivered to my property in Chirqui. Despite my rudimentary Spanish speaking skills, the staff was patient and friendly. The manager Vanessa Penagos went out of her way, giving me her personal phone number and she remained my point of contact until everything was eventually delivered as expected several weeks later. Highly recommend!

Awesome....great bargains

It was remodeled during the Pandemic. New brand names products. So, along with the upgrade in looks, there's an upgrade in items to pirchase. Quite impressive!
