Customer service is non existing. It takes a long time to do anything, have a representative give you and item (because appearently they can't hire more employees so you don't have to wait 20 mins to be given a hammer from their shelf),wait for them to verify the items in your cart, pay for the items they just verified and then wait fot them to give you the items you just bought. If time efficiency is not your thing then this is your place, if not then go anywhere else were you can buy and be gone and actually get some work done the same day.

Long waiting lines and poor inventary. Firts, there is one line to order your product where they verify the inventary. Then there is a second line to pay for the product. Last there is another line to get the product dispatched. In my case they did not have half of them and I had to go back to the first and second line again. This happened to me twice today here.

It is a great place to find most home repairs material but as most of these stores it has inventory issues.
